Receiving Calls 4 times a day, for a week.I don't answer, they leave no message.

Keeps calling 4 time a day every week day, I don't answer and they don't leave a message...

Probe call with no audio, or response after saying Hello.  Stayed connected for several minutes until I hung up, even after I muted my audio, unlike most that hang up within 10-20 seconds after active number verification.

Call received via Google Hangouts, not my VOIP, POTS, or cel this time.

How do we set up some island nation, that is able to get SPAMmers and similar frauds extradited, for pay per view public drawing and quartering (noting the USA et al assert extraterritorial jurisdiction over all sorts of stuff at odds with international law otherwise)?  (As a network engineer who frequently helps friends, the level of social engineering backed by fake tech company fronts has improved so much, that I'm seeing highly educated people be scammed regularly, and not just those too dumb to own computers historically.  We need real penalties, including crushing fines and jail time for call center employees or contractors, techs and impoverished parents included, even the ones who the same crooked operators rip off and fail to pay for their criminal labor.  Just last night I was cleaning up a system with a nice "San Francisco" tech support business easily traced to an India based scam, except the average college educated person (including those with MA's or PhD's) is no longer competent as an adult in this society to tell the difference.  Nor were two US Sec. of States, or top people in major political parties, or criminally negligent scammers like Yahoo and hundreds of broken API cohorts like CBS News, HuffPo, etc.)  Maybe also add a competency test for officials and their staffs, even if it shut down major political groups, government agencies, and corporations?

Also, if 800Notes staff is reading, those no audio probe calls have become so common to POTS and cel and VOIP lines, this site needs an option to list them as "Call type" other than "unknown".  Also take note any FCC or FTC staff who appear to review this site (whose reputation is serious, unlike some competitors that are closer to click-bait), as to draft updates to TCPA.

Aside re: another case, staff might find news stories and sidebar report here:  A proposed $76 million settlement in the largest of 5 US Class Action suits against Florida fake polls based free vacation prizes with huge fees DNC violators James Verrillo and Daniel Lambert, and a nested series of their few dozen resort, travel, and tourism scam companies, was recently reached.  It may take 5-6 years (of 4 years so far), but I'll probably get $500-$2500 for playing, while after the US civil suits and Canadian criminal fines are wrapped up, those crooks, and their backers, may notice around $200 million in fines, damages, and legal fees as a serious wrist slap, even if a deep discount from what the law really says they owe us.

Same number called me repeatedly. When I answered she tried to tell me my toddler son owed $30 in medical bills and wished to know how I would pay. I told "Sarah",with an Indian accent, to send me a bill because you will not get any card numbers or ssn from me and do not call me back for any reason whatsoever! I don't owe anyone anything because I pay my bills like a responsible American!

Stop Calling Me!

They non stop call, many times a day. States they are AMA medical debt. I've asked them to remove my number at least a dozen times now and they just keep calling.

Related to unpaid medical lab bill with Quest Diagnostics. Insurance didn't cover this portion of cost. You can pay directly to Quest if you know you have an unpaid bill.

Keep getting repeated calls answered said it was  personal business matter... denied  it was the right person...debt  collectors leave messages and she sounded like she was from a foreign country...marked it as spam...

This is an overseas number, the people on the other end are either Pakistani or indian.  Bull crap scam.  Told them I was a detective and they hung up quick.

Something is fishy. They keep calling me in regards to a medical bill. I made a payment because I have the bill in front of me and called the 1800 number. The guy(very hard to understand) said there is no sign of a payment being made. If you get a collections notice,do not accept calls, instead call the number on the bill.

This person keeps calling and dosent leave a message I have true caller and blocks the number and goes straight to voicemail I hate getting calls from this number and don't leave a message

This number has called my cell daily for 4 days now, all during standard business hours. I do not answer my cell during work hours unless it's a known number. This number does not leave a VM, just hangs up and calls back the next day. Online searches indicate it may be a fraudulent debt collection agency? I very closely monitor my credit report and use contracted identity protection services, and I am 100% certain I do not have ANY accounts in collections, any missed payments, or any fraudulent accounts opened in my name that could be behind. My assessment: scam caller, do not answer, block the number from calling your phone if you have that capability.

These guys  have called 13 times in the past 9 days. I have no idea who they are or what they want. They leave no message and nobody is ever on the line. I have called them back on a weekend (right after receiving a call from them) and have gotten a VM saying they are not available on weekends. I just called again (on a Wednesday), was put on hold for a long time. Finally , when a woman answered, she did not indicate who she was with or what they wanted. Asked for my phone number (don't they have caller ID?). I told here the problem and asked to be taken off their list. She just said, "Have a good day", not indicating whether or not she would remove our number.

They have called twice a day for over 2 weeks, don't respond when I say "Hello" just loud staticy background and they don't leave a message when I don't answer. After a couple of weeks of calling someone with a very undiscernabele accent finally spoke, just confirmed my name and hung up. Is there a way to get them for harassment? They're driving me crazy.

SCAM.  I saw posts on other sites that it's a scam, so I didn't answer.  They kept calling, even on auto reject.  I called back to tell them to remove me from their list.  They answered as some medical debt collection, which confirms it's a scam because I have no such debt.   I then said, "I know you're a scam, quit calling my phone."  They hung up.

I was daft enough to answer the call. The woman on the line began with "I am a medical care administrator and this call is being recirded." I responded with "Good. I don't need a medical care administrator no do I want one or anything one has to sell."  Then the line went dead abruptly.

Calls once or twice a day, has done so for several months. I never answer and it goes straight to voicemail since I have blocked the number. Usually the person just does some heavy breathing or only background noises. Today's heavy breathing was extra heavy and almost a full 45 seconds. If it was a legit call one would think a message would be left with a call back number.
