- PAHas been calling over a month. I try to answer it and there is no response, then hangs up. May be from a medical collection agency. I was billed erroneously and has been fixed. Phone calls were supposed to stop, but still continue.
- Caller: Unk Medical Collection
- Call type: Debt collector
- LindaThis person keeps calling my cell. I never answer it cause I don't know the number. I wish they would lose my number
- Caller: Don't know who it is
- Marianna| 1 replyThey continue to call me and my blocker sends them straight to voicemail which is ridiculous because BLOCK should just BLOCK! They either remain quiet on my voicemail or repeat my name out as if you could screen calls on your cell. Marianna? Marianna? Marianna? Like it's their first time on an answering machine. I couldn't possibly have ANY medical debt because everything for me is covered. Wherever I go is where my primary sends me with a referral. And ER visits are covered completely. So there is some kind of scam going on. Whoever is saying "you owe them money so just pay it" is mistaken. I am quite sure I have ABSOLUTELY NO OPEN MEDICAL DEBT and they call me several times a day and do not leave a message and they show up as HARASSMENT on my phone's security app. BEWARE OF PEOPLE ON HERE TELLING YOU THAT YOU OWE SO PAY! ANSWER, TELL THEM YOU WILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGE THEM UNLESS THEY MAIL YOU SOMETHING OFFICIAL THROUGH USPS. AND SINCE THEY KNOW HOW TO CALL YOU, THEY MUST KNOW WHERE TI MAIL IT. NEVER BELIEVE ANYONE OVER THE PHONE! WE ARE WARNED ON A DAILY BASIS NOT TO DO THAT SO THE PERSON SAYING "YOU OWE SO PAY" MOST LIKELY WORKS FOR THE COMPANY AND IS TRYING TO SHAME YOU INTO FALLING FOR THEIR SCAM.
- Caller: HARRASSMENT
- Kimthese people whoever they are keep calling my cell phone multiple times and I am getting tired of it
- Caller: Chipole
- JWUnknown caller, called 2 separate days and didn't leave a message, just noise at end of the landline phone
- BJ replies to JoeThe "do not call registry" applies only to telemarketers. Debt collectors aren't telemarketers. Your complaint will go directly into the trash in a fraction of the time it took to write it.
- EE replies to BeckyDLO is part of Quest Diagnostics. If you've ever had blood drawn at a DLO, that's why Quest would contact you. I went thru this. If your insurance declines to pay part of the blood work bill, you're responsible. So while you've never used Quest, you might have used DLO or another place they own/analyze blood work for.
- EE replies to Virginia KulesaThis website can't stop them from calling you, since they aren't the ones calling. You need to either block their number or see what they want. They are probably looking for an employee who works there. Just tell them the person no longer works there and it may stop.

- LeannThis is American Medical. Not a scam. You owe a doctor, lab service, hospital, etc... money if they are calling you.
- j.c.TODAY,was the first time they asked for me by name........the ZOMBIES talk...been calling for months.............jc
- Lisa replies to MariannaHI Marianna,
To be safe, check your credit to make sure that somebody hasn't used your identity! American Medical Collections Association is a legit collections company so if there is such a debt, it should show up on your credit report. But who knows these days if the person calling is actually from them or using their name to scam credit card info. Unless you see something in writing with proof as to who the debt is owed, when it occurred, etc., I wouldn't appease these people. I saw this on another spam call site: http://no-more-calls.com/how-to-sue-a-telemarketer/ It's about filing civil lawsuits for phone harassment. Even if you did owe someone money, if they harass you, you are entitled to something like $1,000 an incident according to this guy. Good luck, Marianna!
