Take away their phones and p-ut them in jail!!!! NOW!!!!

Got the same call thanks for these notes bc 2 scammers have got 500 from me because I was under aware now i know better...

Hi, this is Mr. Gates calling from CFG.  I'm calling to speak with " ...(silent pause)...".  This is in regards to a declined transaction with account number "...(silent pause)...".  It is imperative that we speak with you or your legal representative to settle your account before you go into default and your paperwork gets sent out.  Please call me back at 844-600-4818.

For a call from a male with a very deep and urgent sounding voice telling me it was in reference to a declined transaction. He said I had 24 hours to call or they would take legal action. (This was a message left on my machine). When I called back the number. I explained that I just got a call about a declined transaction but I missed the call, the person hung up. When I called back, no one answered. Clearly a scam!!

I just received a call from this number.  This is the message they left.

This is Mr. Weaver with (radio silence for the company name).  If this is (radio silence again for the person they are leaving a message for...) It is imperative you call back in regards to a declined credit card payment.  If we do not hear from you today, we will forward your paperwork.

Yeah, whatever.  A declined credit card payment.... these scammers aren't even good at scamming anymore.  Go F yourself 844-600-4818, Mr. Weaver.

Yep, same call I just received... same exact thing.... they give you radio silence with the name of whom they are calling and the account number.  Except, I think my caller was a Mr. Weaver.

Left rude threatening voicemail. Very harsh tone,  No company name and I couldn't understand his name. Saying I needed to call a different number back or face higher action.

i got my 28th call from these morons im not the guy there calling for there looking for the guy had this phone number before me i have got many debt calls for this guy most listen that im not him and stop calling but these guys OMG i reporting them to CPA im tired of dealing with them im exploring legl alternatives

Number repeatedly called within minutes of each call...only left 1 message. Message was a recording asking if this is (_)...no name given and they had a
the  account number of (_)..no number either....totally a scam. I blocked the caller.

Total scam - stated if I did not call them back in order to make arrangement pay my debt it would be elevated.

Yes total scam!! All you have to do is mention you will speak with your "lawyer about it" and they back off. (I don't have a lawyer)  What is even more scary is they try really hard to have really accurate information.  but some things just don't match up.  I hope that people read these first before giving to much information back to them.   Also, how does everyone have to refer back to Ms. Weaver??? dumb!

I got the EXACT same message.

I’ve blocked the number but they call so many times that my mailbox was full and I didn’t even realize it! A guy with a bit of a eastern US accent leaves a message with no company name and rudely says that since they have not heard back from me or my attorney I have until 1pm today (which it’s been every day for a week now lol) otherwise “they’ll proceed with legal and fraud charges”. They don’t leave a claim number or company name and I absolutely refuse to answer their calls or call them back.

Got a call from them. Said his name was Mr. Gates from CFG.  And if I didn't get back to him, further action will be taken. OK, I'll wait.

Kinny, Strauss & Brock has been used as a zombie creditor on 800notes.  Other Zombie firms are used
as well.

No idea where they are located.

Person stated they had a claim against me for a payday loan for 2011..and that I need to pay it. Plus a out of court settlement for $275.00.
