8447575685 keeps calling about looking for the wherabouts.................

They say their with CFS any the person in whom their asking is not related to me. They won't take my number off their call list and refuse to let me speak to a supervisor.

 They are looking for someone and want my last 4 ssn.  I   refused to give any information and they hung up on me.

They called and asked for me by name wanting to know of my wereabouts this is not the first time they have called.

Called saying they were making a formal complaint against me. I feel bad for people that think these calls are real. BLOCKED!

Said I took out personal loans and that I need to make payment arrangements. Their client will be filing formal charges of fraud? I don't recall any loans from 2013 or prior. They would be issuing an arrest for me if I don't pay the client. Scared me to death. I told them to have their client send me documents of said loan.

Scam. Legally they have to tell you where the complaint was filed and who they are. They will do neither. Block this number

They legally have to tell you who they are and where the complaint is from. It is not real

Adding..demand written proof of the "debt" that is mailed to you---that is the official notification of debt  (nothing else).  They then have 5 days to comply. Expect excuses and possibly illegal threats but no paper work.

I just got a call from this number from some guy who is requesting my whereabouts and threatening to filing the necessary paperwork with the local county court.

This is a complete scam, they hit up my mom about a check she never wrote said they were with the Ramsey county we called Ramsey county NOPE doesnt exist!!!  Liars!!!!  Ignore or hire a commerce attorney $1500.00 per call!!!!

I didn't answer but they left message, said a formal complaint was being filed against my daughter that doesn't live with me. Wanted her number. I will answer next time and have some fun with them. Ask them to identify themselves

I got a call from this number 844-757-5685 this morning making threats towards me about a person I don't know. I BLOCKED them

They are looking for the where abouts of me (haha) so I stayed on till I got someone and the guy says its for a check I wrote to a loan company back in 2012 OMG I haven't used checks since Chase was Bank One lol sad these people try to scam you I wish there was a number to report all scams ugh

I just got a call from them saying there looking for me about a loan in 2013 which I never took out a loan nor applied for one than they say they will contact Johnson county court to file paperwork I've nerves lived in Hobbs in county or been theses ppl are crazy

Tried calling them back for more info. Stated they sent certified letter to my OLD address and it was signed for but refused to tell me by who or give me any real info. Def a scammer trying to dig for money since it's tax return season

This is a scam. I have been receiving calls like this on/off from various numbers for the past 5 years. I almost fell victim to one of them years ago, at which point I contacted a friend of mine that happened to be an attorney. I tend to get them every so often. I never answer the calls anymore.  If you do, find out as much information as you can from them. These people shoukd be reported to your Attorney Generals office. I'm not sure where they even get our phone numbers from but it seems to be a generic message with hopes to scare someone and as a result, they obtain payment. People really ought to get real jobs and stop teying to steal money from others.

Exactly!   Sadly, people fall victim to this sort of thing all of time. Scammers are everywhere and have zero shame in their game.
