Threatened to take everything I have

They just started calling me check my credit report and nothing came up from 2010

Keep getting a call from this number saying they are looking for information about a "Jerry Lewbeck".  I am not Jerry Lewbeck and I have never even met a person named Jerry.  They are also calling my wife and I can't stand it anymore!  We do not owe any money to any collectors and we are NOT JERRY LEWBECK.

I got the same call yesterday saying they were going to file a complaint with the county court.  I didn't answer the number because I was at work and they left me this message. I figured it was a scam because I couldn't imagine someone would call the first time leave a message threatening me.  Figured if I had missed a debt I was unaware they would contact me by mail and of course I haven't received anything

these people called myself, my father, and a friend about a supposed "payday loan" i took out years ago. the number i was told to call back was 844-757-5685. They had accurate former mailing address and employer information on me, somehow had my new phone number but couldn't send me written proof of the debt to my current address and did not have my married name. when i asked to speak to a supervisor i was hung up on. they claimed to be a mediation group out of south carolina, "cfs mediations" and the guy said his name was daniel savage. please explain to me scammers, how you can have old information from 2006, my current phone number states away, but cannot send "proof" of this debt to my current address? if you can find my phone number you can find my address and mail is the only legal notification of legitmate debt. the friend they called, I didn't even know at the time they claim i took out this loan- I met her 3-4 years later. dots are not connecting. I am filing a complaint with my state AG about them.

They are calling my line and one of my relatives number..automated message comes on stating they are looking for my whereabouts and if they don' t find me, will file papers at court. They never say who they represent or what the issue is. They are identity theives and extortionists.

They called my sister looking for me and seeing if they don't hear from they will file with Nassau County Court. When I called them they told me I owe a pay day loan and that the lender has taken all the interest out and got down to as low as 510; willing settle for 400. When I question the lady and asked for company name she got defensive. When I told her I will call her back she said if we don't hear from you by 6pm the file goes back to the lender.

I Just got the same call , it was a man saying there was a formal complaint against and if I know the whereabouts to call this number immediately . these people are nuts

Yes, don't be scared I ran an a collection law firm for 4 years plus did collections for 16 years, they cannot arrest you for debt at all.

They call me 5-6 times a day......when i do answer they get rude and hang up....i wait about 30 minutes and bombard them with call back ......ask me why im calling . I reply no reason and hang up then call again....and keep going till they dont answer and ive filled their vm...

These people called and its harassment .  They are a fraudulent company trying to collect fake debts.  We called them back over 50 times and finally pissed them off and they blocked our numbers.  Great way to start a Monday.
