You mean Justin is two timing me!!! I have gotten several calls from this number in the past weeks. When will they get the message that I am not calling back. They waited 16 months to pick a prize, come on. I have reregistered my phone numbers with the do not call listing. Hopefully that will stop the calls. Did everyone know you have to reregister every 5 years? When I did it many years ago I was told it was a one time listing. Thanks for all the info. It saved me the annoyance of calling.

I also got a call from 844-880-3403 x 459 from a Zoe - same thing $25,000, 2016 new car, 40 inch tv or  two round trip airfare tickets.   She said to come in on the weekend at a specific time, that I would be there for 1 1/2 hours and it was being promoted by P & D Services.  When I asked what that was, she said she's new and just started and didn't really know what they were.  Hmm?   She said the promoter has something to do with Hotwire, Expedia or Travelvolocity.   However be there at 792 So Main Street, Mansfield, MA 02048.   Glad I googled this.... of course it's a scam.  thanks

Its a one time thing. All you do by re registering is open your self up for 30 day's of legitimate calls on top of the illegal calls, scammers and foreighn extortion scammers. This information is on the DNC web site along with the FTC.

The DNC isn't a call blocker and can not protect you from the illegal callers, extortion scammers, foreign country's and frauds. Criminals do not obey laws simply said.    They use spoofed numbers which make it hard to track them down.. it takes time to do this and many subpoenas for call records.

Consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so. If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number. For tracfone & straight talk:

For text messages: forwarding any text message spam you get to the short code  “7726,” which spells “spam” on most phones, to alert your network operator to the abuse. ATT won't accept 7726 But they will accept BLOCK and return a message that the web site is blocked. forward the texts to 7726 or BLOCK, depending on your phone carrier.

Belly called and let me the same message with the same return number ( x459). Get them on a regular basis, same BS, but always a different call back number. They make millions of calls per month--if they get one sucker to pay the "handling charge" or "taxes" or "delivery fee" to "win" their "prize" , they have gotten a good return on their investment,

Best thing is to no return their calls, but if you do get them, you an have a little fun stringing them along to get them to believe that they have a "live one" . When they catch on, or if you ask any kind of probing questions, they will ususally just hang up. I had one jerk calling an older relative with the " I am here to fix your Windows computer". He called him multiple times and my relative didn't know what to do, so he told him to call back. The fourth call back came while were together--he recognized the caller ID, so I answered the phone. I strung him along for about a minute pretending to be concerned about my Windows, then told him that if he ever called this number again, I would reach through the phone and extricate him from his private parts ( language cleaned up so as to be suitable for all ages).

He hasn't called my relative in two months.

I received a call from this number also stating I had won an SUV or $25,000 and congratulations. I called back for fun and was directed to Zoe's line who unfortunately was in a meeting but the gentleman who answered would be more than happy to help me. All he needed was my name so he can look me up.  I stated that they did not have  my name was so how could he look me up? I was hung up on. I redialed but they had blocked my number from calling back. Guess I didn't really win any prize darn it. Definitely a scam

    False Hope
Got a message on my house line that I was a 2016 SUV or a $25,000 prize.  I thought to myself all those contests I always fill out something, I finally won!  But I knew to google the phone number first.  The phone call sounded like it was from a "Belly" and to call her back at 844 880 3403 extension 459.  Same thing-we got your information from something you filled out in the last 18 months at a mall, restaurant, etc.  Sounded real at first but then I figured it's just too good to be true!  I hate scams!

Once again, "Do I have stupid written across my forehead?"
Re: "Prize Notification Center" They join the ranks of "Scum of the earth."  Nice try, but I haven't filled out any prize entries in the last 10 years, no less 18 months ago.  Thanks to this web-forum, in most cases you are able to verify that its a scam.  Thanks again!!

I had exactly the same experience, except they gave a different name for the company, and the meeting was in Mansfield, MA this weekend. When I said "Give me the info, and I'll check it out", she hung up.

I got a call from 844-989-0900 from a person named Zoe from Prize Notification Center asking me to call her back at 844-880-3403 x 459 To claim my prize of a 2016 SUV.
I called back and talked to Scott who said he was answering calls for Zoe. He told me that my husband and I were 1 of 50 finalists. That we would either win $25,000, 2016 new car, 40 inch tv or  two round trip airfare tickets.
He said it was a sweepstakes for a company named P&D Services which is like Hotwire or Expedia which was looking to get publicity for itself.
He said to come in on Saturday at 1p and it would take about 1 hour. He said we should bring a valid ID and a credit crd in either or our names just for ID verification.
Scott gave me a direct line (856-492-1665) in case I needed to hangu the date or time. He also gave me a confirmation number.
He said the address was 792 So Main Street, Mansfield, MA 02048. He said P&D Services owned the entire building but the promotion was taking place on the lower level.
I googled the address and it turns out to be the New Endlgland Counseling Center and TMS center!!!!!!!
I'm glad  I googled this.... of course it's a scam.  thanks
