Caller has left multiple messages's saying we have a legal matter pending and have 24 hours to respond. They gave us a case number. We have not nalked to anyone.

Received calls initially like all the ones posted,  the lady being Thursday,  now they have escaladed the message saying they have made a decision in my case for me since they've made numerous attempts to reach me. But, then goes on to still say call before court proceedings to work out a settlement, to have my attorney call or i must pay in full.....Lol....I wish they'd leave me the hell alone since I am not falling for their scam.

The message I got is exactly like the one many others have received.  Message to call Thomas Bates with a case number.  Number that came up on my caller ID was a local number.  I blocked my number and called back.  According to the man who answered the call, I owe $300-something to HSBC for an acct opened in 2007, but I can "settle right now" for $215.  I told him I didn't have that acct.  I also said that I would never pay anything without verification.  He claimed I did receive it.  When I said I didn't, he replied that I wasn't the postmaster...  That's when I hung up.
I contacted HSBC, explained about the call, and asked them to run my ss# to see if there were any accts sent to collections.  The rep ran my social and I wasn't even in their system!
I called Legal Mediators back, selected the option for customer service, gave the rep my case number, and told her to notate on the acct that HSBC has NO RECORD of me in their system.  She said, "They don't show an acct sent to collections?" I repeated, "THEY HAVE NO RECORD OF ME IN THEIR SYSTEM."

Received a call from 850-546-6444 from Thomas Bates, stating we are in collections for $5000. I called back and spoke to one gentleman. When I asked to be sent a bill or statement they told me it would only be sent to me by summons. He also stated that the original loan was made with Money Mart and he provided me an account number. After speaking with Money Mart they confirmed they have no history of us on record. They also confirm that they only use one collection agency and that was not it. When I called back 850-546-6444 I spoke with George Callahan and he stated the amount was incorrect. Instead it was a loan of $500. When I told him what Money Mart said, he told me the money mart agent doesn't understand how collection work. When I ask to be sent a bill he stated he could only email a statement and no form of mail in payment we allowed, instead I would need to pay over the phone. Fishy.

Received a call from a local number instructing me to call Thomas Bates at this 850-546-6444. Even gave me a case number. This is a scam debt collector.  It's harassment and bullying. Never have received anything in writing if this is a true debt.

They have called me several times from a number local to me, 952-666-1027. The message said the same thing as they were going to force legal action on me and I had to call Thomas bates at 850-546-6444. This needs to stop and be reported.

I got the same thing on this.  I was called from a 912-580-3196 that there was a claim against me and legal charges were pending.  I was to call Thomas Bates at this 800 nbr and tell him it was in reference to case XXXXXXXX.
They called both my cell and home nbr.  My home nbr is not even listed in my name, and my cell is generic which means they left personal and private information (if it were to be true) without my permission.  I have been in  contact with an attorney.

I have received 3 calls from these ppl. The first time my husband said "send me paper mail then I will make payment." We received nothing. The next call I spoke with them. I told them my husband requested for you to send paper mail. His response toy never spoke to anyone in our office. I told him make a note on the case file.

The third call was Friday. The 24th. In that day I recieved 3 calls spoke with Miguel. I let him know first I wanted paper mail.his response was I never spoke to anyone at his office. So I asked how many offices did they have? He said "what do you think we have all these offices around the country trying to take peoples money." I did not confirm my husbands last 4 of his social. I told him I refused to give to him. He said i was asking for information on the account which i wasnt i just stated that we asked for mail through the USPS. We argued  he was rude. I was also rude I'm not going to lie I'm sick of these jerks calling wanting money.
He called me a little girl numerous amounts of times He called me controling, he also asked if my husbands balls were in my purse. I laughed and said yes.
These people are ridiculous.

6026380527 this number calls computer voice pops on says we have a judgement against us. And I need to call a Richard Blackman. At the 850 number. They have said my husband has a warrant for his arrest because of some debt they also said they would be sitting at my husband's job waiting on him. FYI my husband is disabled and has not worked in the last 5 years. They have threatened to come to our house and sit on our patio until we pay an X amount of money. I got tired of it and now send all their calls to voicemail. I don't have time for that mess. I have 3 medical children.

Like all the others, got a call from a 847-582-3036, a local number with the same message noted by others and to call 850 546-6444.  If this is a known scam, why doesn't the phone company stop these calls.  Is there any recourse for us?  Who can we contact to report this crime?

Somebody with the name of Thomas Bates calls from a variety of numbers.  Usually reprinting some zombie collection agency called Legal Mediation Solutions.l  Long history of scamming on 800notes.

Yesterday on 08/05/15 a strange number popped up on my cell phone at work at 11/05/a.am 314-627-0878 . and the message posted to my cell phone to call Thomas at 850-546-64444. it posted on my cell phone number" This confidential message to inform you have a legal matter pending against you within 24 hours tol make a statement against this claim. which result in garnishment and civil judgment. you must call Thomas at 850-546-64444 which is a florida number.  case me case number 985273 is suyspect my identy is being compromised by these criminals who identify they cal from lms that  stand for ;legal medication solutions ..

I got the same call yesterday and I want these people arrested for harassing innocent hardworking people like us
