i  got the same message(s) and I get all my voice mails converted to text and just as your message says here mine is the same way. The messages are:

2. his final message. Just wanna inform Salvador. You got that a decision has been made on your behalf concerning a legal matter that has been filed against you. Numerous attempts made to contact you with no response. You must call back with your attorney information or full payment to avoid court proceedings you must contact Thomas Bates at 850-546-6444. Your case number is --------------.. For immediate assistance please press one...

Thanks everyone.  This guy calls numerous times every day with a different phone number.  Oh now , it's his final attempt, since I haven't responded back to him!  I thought it might be a Scam.  Blah, blah, blah!

this is certainly a scam... if it was a real thing, they don't call you and tell you up front.. you simply get served... I have gotten a call from these clowns about once a month and they say the matter will be filed the next day...  they are knuckleheads to say the least.
