STUPID TELEMARKETER

"Danny" started by stating "you're using a Windows operating system, correct?" I shut him down as a solicitation call because the number on which he rang in on is never used! It is a private number that  l do not know by memory. When I told him he was breaking the law by soliciting my number as it's on the DO NOT CALL list & hung up - He called back! Again I had to chew him out for calling my number & attempting to scam me.

I had call from this group this morning - caller sounded very eastern indian extremely broken English and after a few sentences I hung up
30 seconds later he called back - very clear English and wanted to know why I hung up on him - I hung up again

Constant phone calls from 855-210-3300. Male saying that he works for I Tech out of Jupiter, Florida. Tells me that I have viruses on my computer. I told him to hold on while I turn on my computer and get my check book number and charge cards for him.......seriously!
How stupid do these people think we are? They all seem to be calling from some India refugee camp. Can't OUR Government do something about this constant harassment?

Just received two calls from 855-210-3300 telling me my computer was malfunctioning and to turn it on so I could download help.  I told him my computer was already out for repair at Best Buy.  Thanked him for the call and hung up.  10 seconds later he called again to say Best Buy technicians are not qualified to help, but he would fix my computer.  I told him his call is not necessary and DO NOT CALL ME AGAIN!!!

My neighbor had a similar call at the same time, odd how that happened!!!  Also, my computer is just fine, no problems and it was not in for repair.  I had heard of this scam several times previously.
If he was from IT Support, why does the Caller ID say, toll free number or unknown caller.
HATE this intrusion on my privacy!!!

Got a call today claiming they were the IRS, and that I owed a penalty. Wish our government would to something about this!!!!

been getting these calls for years....they are getting mean when you tell them you are not interested. SCAM

Just got this call, same M.O Indian guy from Microsoft saying my computer was infected. He promptly hung up when I told him ALL I use are Apple based systems...#REKT

"calling from micro tech about your computer  you have a virus and we can remove it".  At this point I stopped him from talking and asked his company name he told me "micro tech" I then asked where he was calling from and he did not hesitate he tole me "Jupiter Florida" I then informed him that the atty General of my state would be given this information. At this point he must have figured that  he had said to much and hung up. I am going to send a letter to the consumer protection office with this info. I hope it will do some good to rid the world of scum like this

Indian caller to talk to me about my computer. I let them get as far as asking if I'm using Microsoft Windows before telling them that I actually have a Mac...which I don't. Sometimes I tell them I have multiple computers on different networks and I ask for a network address so I'm sure which computer we're talking about.  I'll have to throw the Best Buy thing into the rotation as well...that's pretty clever.

I got the same call from the same number from some Indian sounding lady who called her self Jenny. She tried to tell me I'd downloaded an unknown virus from the internet and offered to remotely connect to my computer and fix the problem. I told her that I had a computer tech that has been in business for almost 20 years that I refered all of my work to, and that I'd bring the computer to him in the morning so he could make sure it was clean. At first, she would have none of it, but I told her it was that or nothing, an she finally agreed, but she wanted to work with him.  I then gave her a fake phone number and blocked the number from my phone.

This number called two times without leaving a message.  The second time, I picked up the phone then hung up quickly.  Microsoft does not randomly call people.  It's another scam and a dangerous one.  These quacks need to be caught, arrested and thrown in jail.

I received a call from Rashad stating my computer is infected with virus. This is pure B.S. Heavy accent difficult to understand. This spells SCAM!!

Just got one too....I answered with a middle aged British accent saying "The Bouquet residence, the lady of the house speaking" and they hung up on me. Heh.

Malware on your computer. SCAM! 855-210-3300 - Of course I took the call to see how far they would take me. I went through everything until I was told to go to www.security.me. No way will I log into a website with the Indian speaking idiot. Meanwhile I told him I looked that web site up and read him that it was a scam. I told him I would not do it. He said they would be calling me everyday. I hung up on him and he called back. I ignored it and renewed my number on the do not call list with Florida. He kept saying "why are you so suspicious?" Gave me their Sunbiz.org info and everything saying how legit they were. DON'T DO IT! I guess I just like to see how far I can push their buttons! LOL

Indian scammer.  Same old script telling me he has "been receiving messages of bad things downloaded to my computer  told them not to call again

Call from Indian-sounding "Microsoft itech" guy who said he knew my home address!
He called right back after my first hang up.

Received a call from these clowns again. Ron saying he's from Windows Tech. Computer is sending out error messages. I need to go to computer and do this and that. Played around with him for about 10 minutes, until I got tired and hung-up on him. Really tired of these clowns!

I told them they are [***] scam put me on their do not call list, they aren't getting any money out of me, you bunch of Indian terrorists so go outside and piss in a ditch, I'm going to order a big mac and eat one of your Indy gods.....

The [***] then says, you can't talk to me like that on a recorded line, I then say [***] YOU [***], you called me and are imposing on my privacy.... Your not getting a cent out of me. Happy Saint Patrick's day..

I bet they call back I don't mind I haven't had a chance to cuss like this since my days in the Navy...

Foreign accented man claiming to be from IT Tech (?) and my computer was sending viruses out on the net. I told him no problems on my end, hung up. he called right back demanding to know why I hung up on him. I told him to never call me again he said he will. Reporting to police.
