How do you auto call forward?  That is awesome to pull that trick on this scammer.

Just received the same call...today...shut him down...fast ...and told him he was full of bs!

Sounded like same dude and said the same thing and then asked me go to computer and hold down the Microsoft logo key and r to run program...which I did not do but continued to ask him what was next and tell me the rest of the process...which at that time he did not want to talk anymore!

this guy called me and said hi your dell cpu is  sending out a VIRUS'. I told him who are u with he said iam with micro tech itold him I don't know who u think u are u are not getting my dell cpu then he said why don't u give it to me I said I do that I will get rid of it I called dell the real ph nb the lady who I talked to said their is no then wrong with your cpu  I got a scamer r in the action  don't even talked to this guy he is a scammer    

I was starting to feel left out, when -- ta-dah! -- a call from this number bright and early this morning. No message. Caller ID says "Unavailable" -- and I never talk to Mr. Unavailable, because he's always trouble. But maybe next time I will pick up and see how much of his time can heartlessly waste.

Just receive the same call.  Very nasty person.  

Got these calls  too and picked up on one. Told him ( Indian or Pakistani sounding)I did not trust him. I have been reading these posts and noticed that the names they gave out from Microtech were not Indian or Pakistani sounding just American sounding names... very suspicious!

The caller, of Indian/Pakastani accent called indicating he was representing Micrssoft Windows. I don't use Windows. He said my computer had sent messages indicating a problem.

This number should be deactivated.

Jan 2, 2014  Got a call from this number telling me they had seen bad downloads showing up on my computer. They wanted to help me clear them up. I said I was not home and could not do it. They said they would call back again tomorrow. I will let them know about their scan on the next call.

The caller says my computer has been infected by malicious software. I need to turn my computer on and he would fix it for me.

Said he was with Microsoft and I had a malicious virus n my computer

Same Indain accented scammer. Still making the rounds.

Just 2 minutes ago I received a call from Felix, an Indian scammer telling me I had reports of problems on my Windows compute. I informed him I did not and hung up.

I just received the same message as others here. I told him it was not my computer & refused to give any information!

Same exact call just received.  Told him never to call me back again.... Scammers!

These people are relentless, and I keep forgetting to pick up and lead them so far down the garden path they won't even be able to see the garden gate. BTW, caller ID is now showing "Toll Free Call' rather than "Unavailable."

Received a call from this number.  Indian sounding man named Chris.  Told me I had spyware on my computer and he was calling from tech support - Microsoft. He wanted to fix my computer. Told him I was busy but I could call him back.  He gave me #239 247-5552.  I know this is a scam, had calls like this previously.  Spoke to IT people and they argreed it is scammers.  Looked up the number he gave and that has comments from other people just like this.  Beware!

Just received the same type of call from a Patrick Simons with an Indian accent. Said he was based in Houston, TX representing Microsoft as a certified Technician. Said my current security company was not protecting my computer,,, that it was becoming corrupt. Realized he was the one who was corrupt and hung up.
