Obviously you are a deadbeat debtor that runs from bills that you owe. instead of going online and complaining you should grow up, be an adult and pay your bills. Then you wont receive calls about debts that you owe!

Yea, same story... "I'll be serving you papers at your residence or place of business in the next 24 hours". Nothing. They apparently think that their threats are legal and/or useful. I'd hate to have their job...

    Most Wanted
This being my 15th call from several different numbers, representing several different companies for many different reasons in the past month - this one not threatening to show up at my place of work (none) or at my house to serve papers withing a half hour.  I have a great credit score, no outstanding loans or pay day loans or fraud cases or other concocted cases.  Gee, I wonder if someone is trying to scam me big time?  The only thing I have is a long list of scam phone numbers written down.

"Hello, this is Ronald John from PMG Associates at phone number 855-234-1304, ext.302.  I've received a file for a pending legal case # CV32516 regarding fraud on your part, our client and your financial institution.  Please return my call within the next 48 hours to proceed in a settlement.  Thank you and good luck!"

Good luck with me calling back!!  My wife and I already have gray hair but these people are making us pull out what's still there, is nothing ever going to be done about these harassing, threatening types of calls even though the government can track down every call made throughout the world.  The No Call list doesn't work and Caller ID seems to be the only way to survive anymore, but it's a royal pain to let the phone ring and not pick up right away to be courteous to a real friend or relative that is calling to say Hi!  Please do something with these scam scumballs or find them a real job.

It's crazy....... and yes I have bills too just like everybody else, but I get these calls all the time and it's because half the time I did something, now true it probably was 5 or 6 yrs ago but I did it, ppl always are quick to scream and holler about what the price was or how they called, of course it's wrong as hell to have someone calling you and saying nasty things to you and then tryna get money but at the same time u know yo but owe it, and if it's low enough hell imma pay it cause I know half the time it is on my credit report. not tryna justified them at all but I'm saying sometimes u gotta own ya stuff these ppl dont call out the blue all the time, jus saying

What bar in Mumbai did you write this in? The beer is well priced, but in India it's 3 AM. Time to call it a day. Plenty of time to try and scam people tomorrow. Say, did you know that 90% of people in India do not finish school? . . . never mind.

Oh Boy!  Surfs Up!  Another all caps. Shill trying to justify his existence. I hope you're more literate than the last one was. He was just plain lame!
If anyone is called about a debt, the first thing they do is DEMAND a notice of validation be mailed to them. NOT e-mail or fax. As per federal regulations under the FDCPA. When a worthless fraud refuses or starts to make threats & excuses....case closed. Your caller is an outright fraud or is a bottom-feeding 3rd party collector attempting to collect on an invalid, time-barred or purely bogus debt.
My guess is that you're just a bogus collector. We can tell because you're so illiterate. Now, save yourself some time & embarrassment. Get lost!  You're going to discover quite quickly that you're trying to play way out of your league!
    Skeff Ett Liv!

I received a call yesterday and the caller ID showed the phone number as 000000000. I didn't answer the phone as I get more than my share of scam callers. The message left was he was "Howard Tate or Gate" and would be out to my home or place of work within 48 hrs concerning some "certified documents" and I would need evidence of who I was or 2 "supervisors" to vouch for me  and any questions I should call 1-855-234-1304. I didn't call since I believe this to be just another scam by some dirty b@st@rds trying to take advantage of the elderly and anyone else they can scam. Just a shame we have to put up with this BS, I realize it must be difficult to prosecute these animals but I would like to se some type of concerted effort put into putting them all out of business. Of course the politicians are too busy worrying about hungry kids outside the USA or other stuff while our country falls apart.........All I can do is shake my head............

Dont ever talk to them and fall for this tactic,,, they say they will be at your house or place of business within 48 hours, they have allegations against you... It's a scam to get money, and/or they buy old debt and try to scare people to paying.  It's usually from old loans, write offs, etc.  Dont even ask for validation, tell them they have the wrong number or call them back and given them another name and tell them to take your number off you are not who they want (whether you are or not)...this is what I do and it usually works for a long time then my number will cycle around again after a few months or when they sale your information to someone else!!!

Legal agencies leave factual information, an office phone number and their name, and have business addresses. A summons to court can be mailed. Court officers don't pretend or call you. People do pay their bills and scam artist do exist and don't care who the harass. I've been sued and summons to court and garnished before. Most like you haven't. This debt collector has given me 3 addresses that don't exist, they threaten to charge criminal charges to come to your house and job to force you to sign documents all without proven who they are. They use illegal practices to scare people into paying and repaying debts, and some folks don't owe them anything.

I've called them several times and they refuse to give any more information unless I agree to a debt without providing me with any information regarding the original creditor - so no people don't trust them.

I have gotten calls from these asshat varied scam artists on many occasions, dating back to 2008.  Different people, different alleged companies and even the hardly speaking English people telling me god is going to smite me amongst other threats.  They are always made up debts, that are not on my credit report.  I have gotten threats of being arrested, contacted by fake lawyers and police officers of the court.  I am yet to be arrested or served any papers because guess what its a scam and they are parasitic wastes of flesh.   This latest scamming company is called Proficient mediation group(founded 12/2013) according to its message/answering service when i called back.  Yes i left a message, without any of my information but i did talk ish to them, well because that is what i do.  I refuse to be scammed and have my family suffer in any way because of some lowlife fake company trying to take my money for a made up fictional charge, fraud or bill i do not owe or commit.   Contact the FTC, your attorney general and turn them in, the FTC has a extensive file on them already, do not worry yourselves over this or do what i do talk ish to them and make them hang up on you.  Sadly,  I have been dealing with these calls for years but they are not as often or daily as they used to be, it's usually every few months a new company and scam starts calling.  Good luck to all and do not fold to they're threats and give them money, always ask for proof and usually when you do they will hang up or try aggressive tactics, give it back to them and make them hang up!  Be strong!

Had phone message waiting when I got home from a Howard Gates, who said he had not recieved a formal cease and desist letter and had no alternative but to move forward, and that he will appear at my home by 4pm tomorrow with paperwork for me to sign and left the complainant's number of 1-855-234-1304.  I am thinking, what the heck, and called said number and a voice recording said it was Proficient Mediation Group.  I hung up.  Now, a couple of things....this Howard guy did not state the name of the person he was leaving the message to, and the recording voice at number sounded very much like this Howard guy.  Am saving the message I got and forwarding the information to proper channels.  Fortunately, we do have options towards this type of harassment.
