A recording telling you to stay on line n have attorney representation or they will continue anyway

They just mention to call your attorney?? And they say they are following a recommendation which is clearly not true because then they mention you are negligent but don't say for what or who they are. If it was legit I think they would say what company they are from.

If it was "legit", you'd receive letters through the USPS, not a vague phone call.

Just got a masg from, "Sonya Curry," saying I'm a defendant & she has paperwork re: a transaction error with my bank & they may pursue civil action. I called & a man said she was busy but they are the legal dept of Integrated Services in NY. I asked if he was an attorney & he said no. I hung up.

Just got a message from, "Sonya Curry," saying I'm a defendant & she has paperwork re: a transaction error with my bank & they may pursue civil action. She added federal laws too and yes Susan what she to you she said to me

Susan your message is the same as mine I haven't call yet before I know who they are.

THIS IS A SCAM!! They called saying I would be summoned to court if I didn't pay a debt within 72 hours. They knew all of my information. I spoke with the actual creditor and turns out they were a scam. DONT GIVE THEM MONEY!!!

This Integrated Services Co keeps calling me w/ threatening msgs - for months- from a pay day on-line loan, they say, from a yr ago. Two days ago it was a msg saying that they will garnish my wages & liquidate my assetts if, "It goes to the next level." I called & a guy named Bobby Knight said he was, "Pre-legal Dept." & I told him to stop calling me & he left me a msg saying I had 10 min to call him back to make financial arrangements or he will call my employer & go over this legal situation w/ them & find out what my salary is. I am not calling them back. This is clearly against Fair Debt Collection Laws.

I just received a call from Sabrina Mason from the Offices of Integrated Services. She insisted I call her office back immediately and provide a Formal statement FOR WHAT??. Then she said that failure too do so will expedite verification of Wages, Employment, And Liquid Assets. Sounds like a Threat too Me which clearly violates the Fair Debt Collection Law. What's Funny is that I have never gotten any type of letter stating anything in regards too this Call. Just get these very annoying calls.

i just got the same voice recorded message from "Sonya Curry"......." a transaction error at my local bank"????? WTF does that mean?  If so then it would be between my bank and I, right?  Who the hell are this dim wits?
She doesn't even say who she is other than name but no other identifying remarks...the company she works for, who she represents??  idiots!
If someone if pursuining legal action against you they don't call and say that....they would send a process server out and serve you with a complaint.

This so called company keeps calling my cell phone looking for a relative. The guy that answered the phone says his name is Lee. He is a rude SOB and I did some research and this is definitely a scam! Do not give them any info, In fact I am having everyone I know call this # back (*67) to block your # and just prank call them. See how they like harassing phone calls. I am also thinking about calling a new reporter to do an investigation.

Just rec'd the same message as the others - Sonya Currie was the name of the person who left the message - did not say her company name and part of the message was a "recording"     Definitely a SCAM  have not rec'd any letters or invoices for this and am NOT going to contact them.    Did contact my Attorney General's office and they say NOT TO GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION OR CREDIT CARD NUMBERS.

I too have been getting calls from this number. It has been going on for months now and it is getting on my nerves. I have reported this. Please do not give out any info not even your name. It's a scam. I hope they catch them.  I have noticed that they have caught some of the scammers. Especially the one posing for microsoft. They have a court order on them. So keep reporting. They will eventually catch them.

I also have recieved a auto call 855-244-7238 and a recorded message from phone number 855 228-6832 about legal action against me.I even recieved a letter from what  they call Revenue and Recovery,IT'S A SCAM!.The address didn't check out,some of the words in the letter wasn't spelled right,and the woman's name was from some sort of entertainment figure with her last name slightly altered and when I checked with the department of Revenue and Recovery in my city they have no record of such action.PS, what's is funny about the letter is they didn't think that I would find out that their operation was comming out of a building that sales shoes and telemarketers.Google it,Map Quest it,area code it.

Extortion scam. Just ignore them. The throw out legal terms that dont go together in hopes to confuse people into paying debts that don't exist. Can't attach a back account or garnish wages without a court order. Debt doesnt exist so they cannot get a judgement so nothing to worry about. Only deal with origional creditors (OC) and only collection agencies the OC has specifically stated they have assigned debt or seld debt to.

I also got a call the other day from someone else named Sabrina, she was from the same place.. these are very annoying.
