I use to pay these people because  they call my human resource dept.  I have pay the same company twice.  Now I tell them serve me so I can go to court.  I have never been served.   You have to show them your not scared

You are correct. I just got the exact same message on my machine from "Sonja Curry". I called them back twice and left a message for them telling them to call me back within the next half hour. Even if the debt is legitimate, they are not identifying themselves as debt collectors, which they have to do by law. There are laws in each state that regulate how these people can legally collect a debt. Unfortunately many of the laws are broken by bad debt collectors. If they break the laws while trying to collect from you, then they can be fined, sued, and some may even lose their license. Document everything they say and do. If you do owe the debt then work it out with them. But if they harass you in any way, or break any of the Fair Debt Collection laws while you are trying to work it out, then call your local State Attorney General's office and report them.  Go to your local State Attorney General office website and educate yourself on what the Fair Debt Collection laws are. Each State has an Attorney General's office and this office is in charge of regulating which debt collectors are allowed to be licensed to operate in your state. They handle many things as well, but they are also in charge of making sure the debt collectors follow the law and the Attorney General's office can pull their license and shut them down if they harass you in anyway. The more you know, the better off you will be. Peace to all.

I also just received a phone call threaten me with civil action if I did not contact them asap. I called and got a voice mail for integrated services.  I've never received anything in the mail I have no idea what this is about. However they will not threaten me.

I have just been notified that these people are a scam! They first called with an automated message  from "Sonya Curry" saying they intend to persue legal remedies to resolve the debt. (1st red flag is by law, they must send something in writing introducing themselves as a debt collector). I actually called and spoke with someone claiming to be "Angela Kennedy" who first off tries to sound stern and knowledgable. telling me "You sound like a smart woman, so heres what we can do. Lets resolve this debt by settling for half of the balance. Just give me your credit card number and we can have this resolved." I fell into it because she started claiming I'd be written off to Chexsystems and wont be able to get a loan in the future. and that my husband would be affected. After I did not receive a notice of settlement via email as they stated, I got leary and called back to say the funds would not be available. She got upset and started telling me this is serious and my credit would be wrecked. I called my Attorney Generals office who says there are no pending cases against me and this is more than likely a scam since they did not provide written notice of the debt or the settlement arrangement. I then called the actual company they said they represented who stated they in no way hire Intergrated Services to collect their debts. They said they do not file civil claims or complaints for a loan and that they would forward this information to their higher ups to ensure people are not paying the wrong company. They then gave me the number to the actual collection agency where I am making payments to resolve the debt. ***BEFORE YOU OFFER ANY INFORMATION, ASK FOR SOMETHING IN WRITING VIA USPS*** When I called back and spokg with "william" this time at Integrated Services, He said the account would be "out of their office" before Id get anything in writing". They are hard core scammers who will take whatever they can. I had to change my credit card and put a fraud alert on my report because of these scam artists.

I too have been getting messages from.sabrina mason and her legal team now threating to bring me to court on behalf of the state numbers have been blocked

I do owe money but I can't pay back right now.  I have contemplated bankruptsy, but I have not done it.  Lawyers charge for that.  They'll all have to wait.  Someone needs to hire me in a permenant way damn it!

Sonia Curry left the same type of messages stating a lawsuit with my local bank. I called my bank. They said they don't do that, only report me to the credit bureaus. If there was a lawsuit, I would receive an official letter delivered by an officer of the court only. ABSOLUTELY NO PHONE CALLS WOULD EVER BE MADE!! It's a scam and report them to your state attorney general!

Got an automated message from 855-244-7238 and Sonia Curry stating that they have a legal matter in their office and wanted to give me a chance to respond.  If I don't respond they will "recommend action" without my consent.  Love getting calls from those people who "claim" that they have already sent me mail and that I just need to respond.  Debt was from 2010 from a company that I never heard of.  I guess I should prepare to get some action ... lol.
