Do consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so. This is your best bet to stop them cold.  Do report them also.

Called my cell and left this message and constantly called and calls me and I just blocked the calls and report them.

I just received a phone call leaving the exact same message from Sonia Curry.  If legit you would received certified documentation.  Scam

I too received a phone call from 855-244-7238, 855-245-1428, 855-228-6832 except her name is now Rachel Radill or something like that.  She also said I owed money from two years ago, had all my information, named several charges against me.  Is this a scam?  

I have been receiving calls from 855-244-7238, 855-245-0492, 855-245-1482, 855-245-1519 stating Our office has received paperwork naming you as the defendant. But what has truly got me fired up is now Mr. Moore is calling my job not my extension only but harassing my Office Manager trying to speak to my supervisor.  Still has not said what company they are calling from until today 11/25/2014.  I just happen to be at work today when he called so my Office Manager transferred the call.  I closed my office door and went in on Mr. Moore.  He kept saying that the call was being recorded I told him good and I preceded to tell him how he is harassing me at my job and it will stop today. I told him I asked for his company's address to give to my attorney to send a letter to cease communication because of this harassment but I could never get the information.  Finally he mentioned who the so called debt collector was.  I told him that I would contact them directly to see what it was about and to cease all communication and I hung up. I called this Sonya Curry back and of course Cindy Miller answered the phone and I told her that I want the calls to my employer to stop immediately.  She said she would make sure that stopped but I was sent a summons to an address where I don't even live anymore. My thing is if the creditor has the correct address and it was sold to them, why don't they have the correct address. SCAM!!!!  I've filed a complaint with all federal agencies including but limited to the FBI.

I am  now receiving calls from Sonya Curry! This people are trying to scam us and we need to report them to the federal trade commission...enough is enough....

Calls from 855-245-1519 along with others from 313, 330 and so on are just robo calls to get your to cal certain numbers so that they can reverse the charges. This [***] and her male friend have been calling me to serve papers nexct day if I don't cvall and this has been going on for four months. Next day has never come to serve me. SCAM, SCAM SCAM

This same lady called me with the same message today. She left a voicemail, but i'm waiting for her to call me again, so I can play her game, and bust her bubble at the very end. When will these scammers realize people are hip to their game, and just give it up already? Smh

Thank you for your post. I got scammed first thing this morning and it was very disturbing.  All my bills are paid every month and if my bank had an issue with me they'd call me or contact me by mail.  If I hear from this number again I will do everyone a favor on this multiple posting.  I will CONTACT THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY'S office in my state.  Got my child support all by myself at one time I surely can get these !#@@!#!#!@#'s and report them to an agency that will do something to them.

I just got the same call from Sonya curry saying a transaction error has occurred with my bank. Last week a man left a message saying I was named as a witness in a legal action ????

These people are some seriously bad actors.  They seem to go after women and single mothers a lot.

Just because a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt does not mean you owe it
If a voice on the telephone claims you owe a debt:

1.    Demand the person give you his or her name, company name, and address
2.     Demand a debt validation letter by US mail.  E-mail no good.
3.    Do not pay  the collection agent or anyone else a  DIME  until the debt is validated.

Of course they won’t do this, no scammer ever will, so simply block their calls and ignore them.

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  Yell at them, talk over them.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now.

I to got the same messages. First a man and than  woman name Sonja. I am so tired of these types off calls, If it was really real, I am pretty sure we would of gotten a letter in the mail, not a phone call.

I just received the same message, I'm so lost cause I have no clue on who these people are. I know this is a scam and I will not be giving them anything.

Received a computer call from this company today which was a partial message since I let it go to my answering machine and heard something about bringing legal action against me.  The message I got the day before said that they were calling me in regards to a Tim Johnson.  I just figured that they called the wrong number like some have before.  Hope this is the end of it.  Oh and by the way, I figured that it was not a real company because when I got mad and used some choice words he basically made reference to finding out my level of intelligence.  Wish he would get a real job.

Left a message stating that a lawsuit was filed against me by a certain bank (no bank name)  and I will be prosecuted.
For what? I do not know who this people are and, what bank?  Definitely a scammer.  Watch out!

Hello this is regarding a Miss. kennedy of integraded services. She is threatening me with legal action over a debt that does not exist. Watch out for 8552447238.
