Please consider buying a call blocking app for a cell phone, blocking device for a landline. Think of your phone as you do your car, or home. Protect it.

The caller called in relationship to the exspouse of my exspouse. I have no knowledge of this person and would ask that the phone calls stop.

Just got this call and they said that the Sheriff will be here within the hour to serve me papers to appear in court, so I am sitting here waiting. When I hung up on them, they called back with a 888888888 number and left a message that I was in violation by disconnecting the call.

This number keeps calling for a Denise Hackler.  There is no one at this number by this name.  I've stated this and they keep calling.  

I have had 16 messages in the last 2 months,  saying they are taking me to court,  and papers are filed,  I have never spoke with them they just leave messages,  what kind of debt are they looking for,  confused and frustrated! !

I get 3 calls a day never answer no message just answered one electronic message such a scam!!!!

Threatening saying they will call the sheriff if I don't pay money. Constantly calling My phone from different numbers

Hi just got call from them , left me a message I owe and I should call back, this not the first time I get a lot of [***] [***] calls , getting old!!

Getting phone calls from this number three x a day.   hanging up most of the time.  Leaving harassing messages the other times.  Calling family members and leaving harassing messages.  How can they be stopped??   this is so illegal.

Similar to what's been reported. I go a robo call from this number saying this was an attempt to collect a debt. Called back. Asked what the company names was. "URG." No, what does "URG" stand for? "It stands for nothing.Thats the name" (note that her voice didn't sound very professional at that challenge).

Any legit company will have a mailing address and a full name and a website presence that you can easily confirm online *******IF THE COMPANY CAN'T GIVE YOU A FULL NAME, ADDRESS, PHONE NUMBER, THEN IT'S A PHISHING SCAM. THEY ARE TRYING TO SCARE YOU INTO GIVING UP PERSONAL INFO TO STEAL YOUR IDENTITY. JUST HANG UP******

this company called me 9 times yesterday. They sTaTe They are you are URG. I called the company in Utah in it has nothing to do with this 855 number and this lady. I asked this lady what you urg stood for and she said its nothing. Okay but has tO be initialed fOr sOme name. She Said no. When you look this number up in a reverse lookup it is a number out of Georgia. Do not give anyone your Social Security or any information. She Said I had a poSSible judgement on me. If I had a judgement on me I would know through the courts. If she some legIt lItIgatIon offIce then she wouldn't be so snarky and hang up on people. A lot of these compAnies thAt you mAke ApplicAtion to sell your info. So much for the Privacy Act. Then This Type of company why is your info and tries to collect money. Also if A dAte hAs been written off and sold to a third party for pennies on the dollar to try and collect don't pay that either. I need to take the time and report this lady. If thIs was a legItImate dad you know about It because you would be notIfIed In wrItIng.

I keep getting calls from this number for another person that I don't know. I waited until I could talk to a person. A woman came on the line and I told her I was not the person that they are asking for and to remove my number. She hung up on me and the calls keep on.

Same here. I'm not nor do I know Bobby Mitchell. I blocked the numbers they were calling from. They're a strong arm litigation/collection agency. They threaten to take your house, have you arrested etc.
