These people keep calling even tho I told them that my attorneys would be dealing with the matter.  They don't back down!

Jay,  nice name :),   They don't take the attorney thing serious because everyone claims to have an attorney standing by to handle trivial matters.   Send them a certified cease and desist notice,  with signature requested.
That will stop them.

Elizabeth Andrews just left a threatening voicemail on my grandmothers machine! Saying I have a civil case filed against me? I looked her fake firm up and of coarse its a SCAM!!!!! MILLER DAVIS AND PEOPLES IS ALL OVER THE INTERNET AS CIN ARTISTS A HUGE HUGE SCAM!!!! I REPORTED THIS ELIZABETH ANDREWS AND HER FAKE FIRM SHE REPRESENTS TO THE ATTORNEY GENERAL AND TO THE BBB!! THAT WILL STOP HER FROM EVER SCAMMING ME!!

Elizabeth Andrews called me also threatening me on my grandmothers machine..This company miller Davis and peoples and Elizabeth Andrews needs to be in jail immediately!!

I got a similar call from 855-454-6187, Cathy Mitchell, Firm Miller Davidson and Peoples Office. Total Scam! Very rude and unprofessional caller. Wanted me to verify personal information and stated there was a lawsuit against me for a breach of contract with Magazine Services. Total Scam! I told her not to harass me and that I would be reporting this call.

This company Miller, Davis & Peoples has been calling me to collect a debt for magazines. I  look the firm up online and found a bunch of complaints and all said, This company is scam people and pretending to be working for a law firm.  I writing them a letter informing them that I've seen the complaints about your company and I giving this information to a lawyer and reporting them.

How do I report them just got a call from them

I have recieved 2 calls, and my husband has recieved several in a row from miller, davis and peoples. The callers name is Elizabeth and she was hostile to my husband, . He let me know about the calls from this so called law firm who stated that we were on notice of a pending law suit against us. I googled the number and found out that they were harassing others.

Call and threatened to proceed with a civil case if my husband didn't pay for some magazine prescription . I told her that my husband hadn't order any magazine and that he would see her in court. She then asked me if I knew my husband's social security number and I told her yes and she told me the last 4 numbers she had and they wasn't even close to  his last 4 numbers once I told her that she had them wrong she told me she was going to send it over to her investigation dept and call me back in a hour , well I still waiting on that call. It's a scam.

I have received a phone call from a lady named  Natasha and I don't know anything about Magazine , I have never had any, If I want to read something its going to be off my phone. I don't know why people call and make stuff up.

My son received a call from the number 1-855-420-8317 saying there was a civil suit against him; are they a real firm?

Just got a call from 855-620-7994. Lady said her name was Brooke Taylor. She said there was a civil action case against me because of some magazine subscription in 2005. However, back then I didn't have a credit card as I was a young teenager.  Also who the Hell would pay over $1000, for a magazine subscription.  I mean we're the pages gold? I let her talk for a while as she listed off prior addresses that supposedly collections had mailed too. All easily found on any people search engine. She also gave me last four of a social and a birthday. This where i decided to have a little fun with her as my identity has been stolen before. I pipped in that I have never heard of this person but now I have their identity.  She was really confused after I said that. I thanked her for allowing me to scam this poor guy by giving me all his info. She then hung up the phone.  Phone calls like this are ILLEGAL.  They are SCAMS.  If ever you are going to be going to a civil case it will come via certified mail or FedEx and UPS. All needing your signature. As well check your credit rating if it's not on there then you don't owe it. Please folks be careful.  I once fell for something like this. Also I recommend having minimal info on Facebook as that is how I first got into issues.

Got a call from an unknown number..
The woman, who claims to be Christina Johnson, from where i dont know, but left a message  informing me that I have a lawsuit against me from someone, she wasnt specific.
She left the number, 844 897-9733, to call for my last chance before I go to jail.
Seriously, I immediately went to the internet and found her name in repeated scams.
I am so upset that this continues to happen.
I also received a call from my brother who she called as well looking for ME.

This has to stop........

Scam! Red flag! Miller Davis and people's Buffalo, NY they collect on out of state accounts! FBI will shut them down soon! Report them to Attorney General and call the police! Lock them all up!
