Me too. Then had a cow when I didn't pay them. They kept telling my phone would mess up. They tried hard to get me to let them remotely control my phone.

automated message with my name thrown in advising me to call them back at this number....no thanks. Harris Regional Hospital in Sylva, NC needs to get their act together..especially since Duke Lifepoint  took over.

Does not identify who the caller is or what it is about,  just if it is my number to call back.  But the recorded voice can't even pronounce my name correctly

Received a call from a bot voice naming me and asking me to call back without identifying the source of the call. Not going to do it, obviously

I received a missed call from this number.  An automated voicemail was left stating my full name and asking me to call them back on the same number.  I read these reviews online and was concerned that it was either collections for a hospital bill I have (but is not overdue), or a scam.  This number was not the number on my hospital bill.  I then called the hospital and they explained to me that no, it isn't a scam, it is actually a collections agency, but I am not in collections.  They said they are using the service to help them pro actively set up payment plans with people early.

They also collect for St. Francis and Greenville Hospital Systems. We send our payments directly to the hospital business office. Our philosophy is just because we are tax paying, property owning citizens doesn't give them the right to treat us any different than NON-CITIZEN,  NON TAXPAYERS in our country. This segment of the population is NOT called 10xs per day NOR are they threatened with liens on tax returns or private property. Yes I'm unhappy with Big Hospital Systems.

I am skeptical as everyone else when I get a call from an unknown number from a machine telling me to call back that doesn't really identify itself. I'm the victim of ID theft.

I called them up and THE NUMBER OF LEGIT. This is a third party billing company that collects for several hospitals for past due balances. They initially thought I was calling about a Greenville Health Systems in SC but it turned out to e my local hospital and I had just paid the bill a few days earlier. It's also not debt collection, they just are an outsourcing firm who does the collection /payment reminder calls. They had information of claim dates of service for me.

Say they are with my local hospital and calling about a hospital bill and want to verify my info...however I just got the bill yesterday. I ask if they were in the hospital now she replied I'm in the billing dept. I ask again are you in my hospital I went to and the bill you are referring too... she again  said...I'm in a billing dept. I told them I would call the hospital directly....and would not give my info to a scammer!

I keep getting calls from this number but when I call back they keep asking for my personal information

Received call from this number and went to vm.  The vm said my name in a recorded voice and requested I call back.  I have no outstanding bills to a hospital or Dr. Will not be calling back

I have been receiving calls from this number for over a year now. I have told them multiple times to delete my number off their list. I called them back today and then man who answered was very rude. He made unnecessary comment about the way I spoke and told me that I did not speak proper enough for him. When I told him his comment was rude and hurtful he continued to make mean slurs. I hope that not all your employees have this attitude towards people that THEY call.

Called this number back. Said it was a personal business matter for my college aged daughter. I assume it is for her hospital bill I am paying on. Will send payments directly to hospital.

Got 2 calls in a row, not answering HATE 1800 numbers If I don't know you I don't answer period. Find me another way 1-855-283-9093

They do not tell you what company they are with . Just a recording saying to return the call

It's a bill collector representing hospitals.

I do not want them call me again!.
