This is not a legitimate business. The other comments saying it is a collection agency are fake. This is 100% scammers

It sure sounds like a collection agency to me after reading a lot of the posts which means that you might be trying to mislead people into thinking that it isn't a collection agency and thus trying to make them believe that they have no rights under the FDCPA even though they do.

caller asked for spouse, but name was not 100% correct; left phone number to call back, but did not have time to record it  - not sure will have to see if another call comes through.
