Like others have said, I am getting dozens of calls from this number. I will not answer unknown numbers and they never leave a message.

My iPhone has everything on the list but block. :(
Has add contact, add to existing contact, etc but no block.

Please stop calling me.  The number comes up as Cambodia.  I do not know anyone out of the country.  STOP, NOW!!!!!!!!!

I had to put the phone number in my contact list, on my iPhone, & block it after that. It was worth it. I was getting calls up to 5 times a day.

told them 6 times in plain and simple language to f.o now i'm going to bug them till their as tired of me as i am off them,just keep hitting the redial i do that quite often just sitting in front of computer anyways

I got the same number called to me & I Have not shopped at Target in YEARS..it is  a debt collector

I receive about two calls a day from this number without a message. These calls started on 4/4/14. I have this particular number automatically directed to voice mail should they chose to leave a message. I figure if it is a valid business call, a professional message would be left - most professional phone conversations and messages are recorded, so it would serve as record.

This is getting rediculous. I have no debts. Stop calling.

They won't leave a message because they're not allowed to provide information about a debt to someone who isn't the one who owes the money.  If you are not the one they're looking for, just answer or respond to the call.  Get the information about who they are, tell them you're not the person they're looking for.  If they continue to call, write them a registered letter telling them you're not the person, and they are not to call you concerning the debt and any future correspondence should be sent by mail.  This should get you want you want, them leaving you alone.  Why should you have to do this?  You shouldn't, and can chose not to; but, this is what you'll probably have to do to get them to quit.  Apparently, if they think you're lying, and most of the debt collectors seem to think everyone lies, you will have to write them.

I kept ignoring it and even blocked it but they've called on Sundays and in the evening!! So I finally called them back and it was also a man with a thick accent who didn't answer at first!!! I said who is this and he asked who I was I said no you tell me who you are he asked if I was such and such and I said no he asked my name I wouldn't give it to him!!!! He asked how long I've been using this number and I just said awhile!!! I'm not giving any information out over the phone unless I made the call and know who I called!!! He said my number will be taken off the list so we'll see!!!

How do you block this number on a land line.

[***]. This is the dumbest post I've ever read. These idiots have been around way longer than the card reader breach that has affected 12 stores. Only 3 have admitted to being breached.

I have told the people that calls me from this number not to call again but they insist on calling couple times a day they are rude and refuse to stop calling. What can be done?

Speak in Spanish or another language to them other than English. The first time they called I spoke in Spanish and they hung up. The second time they called I spoke in Japanese and they haven't called back.

Try speaking to them in another language they will stop. When I finally decided to answer the phone calls the first time I did it I spoke in Spanish and the next time in Japanese and the calls stopped.
