855 302 8651 this number just called be demanding i pay the balance for $49 , if i paid right now they would only collect $25.00 , i informed him i would need something in writting sent to my address about this matter before i move forward with anything.  i dont feel comfortable giving a payment over the phone, you never know where they are located or if theyre writting the information down for their own use

I initially blocked this number on my iPhone. Now they changed how the number displays. It comes up as +855 30 286 51. Be aware, they have tactics to get through.

Have been receiving calls from this number, no VM left, and I haven't seen a doctor in over a year. Not sure why a medical debt collector would be calling. I don't answer..

I got 4 phone calls a day from these creeps. They pose as debt collectora and try to get your credit card so that can rip you off. When I told Verizon about it they said they could block all 800 numbers.

Now I don't get calls from this number any more

We just changed our vonage number a month ago.  No message, just a 10 seconds of silence.

Got a call from this number and no msg

Answered call 12:05 PM  I had to ask who was calling.
RMBC  says a voice with a heavy Asian accent.  I have no idea who they are or what they want.

These a**holes call me 4-5 times a day. I finally answered the day before yesterday & the person on the other end didnt even say a single word to me. Whoever it was stayed silent the entire time.
From the reports and comments it's is clear to me that its some idiots trying to make some extra money off us hard-working people.
For all of our sakes please help forward this number to the Federal Bureau of Investagations before someone suffers from identity theft...

This is NOT a med. collection place..I have NO med. bills due.  I get calls, sometimes up to 5 times a day from this number and up to 10pm,EST.  No msg, no one there, just AIR!  I am changing my #!!!

They called about servicing my car.  I think they handle advertising for Auto Dealers

Been getting calls the last couple of days, I don't answer and they don't leave msg.  When I try calling it back they say it's an international call. SCAM!!!

Got a call from this +855 number and didnt answer. Found this thread when I googled the number and given the dates and comments everyone has left it makes me wonder if this could be linking to the target breach that affected so many people. I know I was affected and had to get a new card. And now I'm getting calls from an International number and have no idea how else my phone number could have gotten out? I'm going to block the number.
