They call every day claiming to be from AT&T. When I finally called back they asked me if I was happy. I told them yes if they'd stop calling me. Not sure if this is really AT&T. It didn't sound too professional if it was.

This number is a scam.  I've been getting auto messages from them for around 4 months now.  Message repeats itself.  States to call between 9 PM and 12 PM, Mon.- Sat.  My caller I.D. stated AT & T, but it's not.  They have directed me to other phone numbers for companies that are also fake.

Just got a call about my AT&T internet service..... I actually have ATT U-Verse, which I'm very sure is completely different (red flag #1) He said "you're internet speed is not running up to the speed you've purchased. Would you like to remedy this?" (Red flag #2.... don't they just fix it without calling?) I told him I wasn't home so I'm not sure, I asked for the # to call back & he hesitated at first, but after a pause he gave me his # 855-303-8333 (red flag #3... 855 just didn't sound right as I was already not too sure about this call) so I google the # & this is what I find....

I also have gotten several calls from this number stating they are AT&T customer service. Want to know if I'm having problems w/ my service or Internet. I don't have ANY AT&T services. So this doesn't sound right to me. I've blocked this number.

So sorry you guys feel that way but I work for that company and we give courtesy calls to customer to verify their AT&T U-verse services are working properly, Also we can help you with any issue you might be having with your computer such as a virus that might have infected you computer we can help you for FREE so it is not a SCAM, but if you feel that way, that we are not professional feel free to contact any other tech support dept. that will charge you more than $200 to just clean your viruses.

. . . and you just happen to search a number you work for, & post happy thoughts. . . um?. . . Why was that again?

While I can't immediately find anything to dispute what he is saying, it does seem peculiar that he would look up his "work" number and then go around posting wonderful glowing things.  Also the way he says it kind of makes me believe that he really is not in customer service, or is a very poorly trained representative of their customer service.

Of course there is the one other possibility a to why he is posting happy thoughts....he's a Happy Boy?

Because I work here I was curious to know what people would say about this number and also about the people, We don't ask for money we don't do sales we just want HAPPY customers

Well, I am not a boy I'm a women and is not just "Happy" stuff what I'm putting I'm being realistic and if you find my self not  professional is your thought and I respect that. If you have U-verse call us and we can help you with any issues you have

At&t customer service call...?? calls everyday and leaving messages. This rep states to call if I have any problem with at&t u-verse internet, but since I don't and have not call back, she should stop calling me.

I guess English is not your first language.

Received a call from 855-303-8333 @ 9:42p.m. last night. Fortunately, my phone is set to silent after a certain time as I rise for work around 3:30a.m. The caller left vm claiming to bea courtesy caller from ATT.  However, I do not have ATT and the party they wished to speak with does not reside here. This is now a blocked number about which my family and friends will be informed!

I get real calls all the time from ATT .  This number is from a scam company don't give any info to them
...they could not provide and proof to me.    

it is indeed them. they had my full name, which isn't easy to say or find. he knew i had uVerse, specifically. but i believe it's a farm out of customer satisfaction calls to another company who then passes on contact info if a customer does indeed need some sort of resolution.

Yeah... Scammers can mask numbers and make it seem like they're calling from a legitimate number. If they don't know your full name and type of service when they call, or they're trying to sell you something, that definitely isn't AT&T.

Scam. I put the call on my cell to voice mail and it was thanking me for my AT&T Uverse service. Hmmm, I don't have AT&T Urverse and not only that, the internet service we have is NOT in my name, it is in my husbands name and it is not under my cell phone number. Red flags!!

They keep calling to thank me for signing up with AT&T Uverse. I do not have AT&T service and do not want them calling me

If you want happy customers, then STOP calling people that ARE NOT your customers and how did your company get my cell phone number in the first place? Our internet service is not under my cell phone number or my name, it is under my husbands name who happens to have a DIFFERENT last name than mine. These calls just scream SCAM.

I just received the call from 1-855-303-8333 and started giving my info to the person as he was asking, then I realized it might be a scam so I panic and hanged up. I call at&t and told them what happened. I gave them the number and they verified it was coming from one of the departments of AT&T to my relief :) The lady even saw it in the history they keep. Sigh
