This phone number 855 303 8333 calls through day and late after 8:30pm tired if them. I called them from a blocked number some woman with  accent taling Hindu with an other woman I could hear them talking back and fore while I was on phone.
I told her to stop her calls about being the IRS their in Los Angeles Ca. 855 is Number anyone can buy for low rates being used to steal money faking IRS . same people from past just change their number. V
Be careful don't give information or credit card number . They are Fake.. iRS never calls you by Phone..

It's all over the Internet and say it's HSN.  Stop bothering me and using up my cell phone minutes.

This is NOT at&t and has no affiliation with them.  After i have received numerous calls from them i called at&t they said it is a scam

It's legit AT&T. We just renegotiated our service and the payments. They were calling to see if we were satisfied or if we had any issues.

If truely AT&T their system should be able to identify  AT&T calling. "TOLL FREE CALL" does not translate to AT&T  for me. I am a U-Verse customer too. I have not called them for any issue since last May so why would they bother calling now? Next year when all the promo prices go away THEN I will have a problem with AT&T.

Well I just got a call from 855-303-8333 ...saying it was AT&T ...this a scam call ..they asked me for my name I said you call me you have my name ...I wouldn't give them my name .I asked what they wanted .. they wanted my name ...is this Diane ...finally after about five minutes .. I told them off ..and told them this is a scam ...they said they were sorry .. I said I'm going to call the BBB...they hung up .

Caller ID says TOLL FREE CALLE, but the live caller is AT&T asking if there are any problems with my new Uverse service. Caller ID should show ATT or UVERSE as most people will not pickup for TOLL FREE CALLE. Caller said to call back this number if I had any problems with their service.

I got a call on this "Toll Free Call" number that I did not answer, and within 15 seconds they called back on their 800-288-2020 number which ID'd as AT&T. Asked if everything was alright with my internet and phone services which I have and said I "yes". Then I told the lady in a couple of months when the promo pricing deals run out and the bill jumps up I will have a problem then, and I will be calling their customer retention department. .

855-303-8333 have been calling and leaving a message if we are having an Internet problem or  Internet was running slow. Scam Scam Scam... If you call back, a person who like from other countries will answer your call and Do Not give any personal information like your password or they offer you to pay your bill via checking or offer you different Internet provider. Please be careful of this Scams.....

tired of your surveys asking about at&t service.....you guys suck in the customer service department. was on hold for over 30 minutes and had to argue with the rep. they have horrible service. it took over 1 hour to straighten huge mess and it takes forever to get thru!

Received two calls from this number over last two days. Both times we did not answer, and they left messages saying they were AT&T UVerse and were just checking on our service. We don't have AT&T UVerse!! So I called the number back and told them to remove my name and number from their contact list, and they apologized and said they would. I got a second call the very next day. So today I called AT&T UVerse and asked them about this phone number. They said it is NOT their number. They said any call from them should be coming from 800-288-2020. So I will be blocking this 855 number from our phone. I am not sure what these people are up to, but it is clear it is a scam of some kind. Beware.

This is a legit call from AT&T, making sure service is fine. The lady said her full name and the full introduction of the call like real AT&T customer service representative would. She even gave the full ending that they have to say and listed their contact information if I have any service problems.

I did not answer the call from this number but a voicemail was left. This is a legit AT&T call. I got the call on the very last day of my Internet contract.  Like others posted, they wanted to know the service was fine.

That may be true, but it also looks like scammers are spoofing this number to appear legit themselves

It's an absolute scam.  They called asking if my internet was working.. Um.. if you ARE att.. you would know it!

Anyone that says this number is legit.. is working for the phishing folks.  I really don't understand how they sleep at night.
