I have never received a call from this company?  However the amount of $20.14 has been taken out of my account each month.  My mobile is through Bell and they know nothing about this.
How did they get my Visa number?  Also the phone numbers they give are not valid.

I also called 855-309-8345 and they were very helpful. I got my policy cancelled in 5 min and they even credited my card back for the last payment.

Yes, I am being charged 4.99 per month. I called the no. 855-309-8345, it begins with an automated system. The system asked me for some information, I asked to talk to a human being. I was able to speak to a representative of techprotect. IT'S NOT A SCAM you decided to have the extra coverage when you purchased your last phone. You can cancel this coverage if you want. ESH*TECHPROTECT PR charge my account $21.98 and neither have I heard of them. What is reallly going on?

ESH techprotect # is 8448000452, is mobile phone insurance that would be bill separate from your Verizon bill.

This company is a mess. They are in fact an insurance company for cell phones. If you want to cancel and you are not the primary account holder for the phone account you cannot cancel, even if the payment comes out of your bank account. They will not let you speak with a supervisor and will continuously raise your payment due.  Over the span of 8 months my payment has increased about 2 dollars. They claim its taxes, why it had to be increased further is beyond me. They also refuse to issue a refund despite the fact that I was never even notifed of the increases. Do yourself a favor and avoid using this company if at all possible.

Cancel your credit card.  Have them issue you a new number.

Attempted charge of $75 just now on a card I closed 3 months ago.

It's not a scam its separate insurance for ur Verizon wireless phone, it sends a new phone out not a refurbished phone.

Tech Protect is a third party insurance that Cellular Sales uses.  Cellular Sales is a third party company that Verizon uses.  Tech protect  is better than what Verizon uses.  First of all, you get a brand new phone over a refurbished.  Second, you can do an insurance in store versus having to wait for one.  Plus you don't pay taxes on the cost to insure.  $10.99 plus $199.99 deductible for a phone that retails from $600+.  $6.99 plus $99.99 deductible for a phone that retails $400+.  And $4.99 with $49.99 deductible for basic phones.  Totally worth it!!  The problem is that the representatives and Cellular Sales sometimes add it without telling you the benefits.  There is always a deductible on insurance!

Tech Protect is a law abiding SCAM.  They sent me a replacement they said was 'newer' but it was actually a re-released older model phone.  You can buy a better new phone on ebay for less than their deductible!!   DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH TECH PROTECT!!!

Could I please give me a live legitimate phone number asap for them? Having serious issues locating my insurance to clear up a possible fraudulent matter.  Thank you

There is some evil stuff going on! I called today & music plays right off! I'm very upset! Now, I find out today no insurance can be found on my upgraded phone LG G2 that has been replaced with   deductable paid, New phone received & broke phone returned as instructed. Where is my insurance! Somebody will be paying up!
