We received the same letter today & this is Sept 2015. Why have these people not been arrested. The elderly people here lost over $10,000. That is disgraceful. I am reporting this scam letter that we received to the United States Postal Inspector.

No call that I answered - but today received a letter from:

    Notification Services
    6130 W Elton Ave  PMB #529
    Las Vegas   NV  89107
    888-368-2007

Have a TS we would like to get rid of, but know better than to respond to this type of "offer". Research has proven that there is really no legal way to really "get rid" of an unwanted TS. Our TS Association has been no help and warns about the scams.

    Scam !!

Did not receive a tel call (that I know of, as I get so many calls from time share companies).  But I did received a letter from "Notification Services" of Las Vegas with tel number 888-751-6599.  I do own a times share (unfortunately) with Bluegreen and it was probably Bluegreen that gave them my address.  I think it is a scam.

Yep, same old stuff. They moved to 6130 W. Elton Avenue PMB #529, Las Vegas, NV. They are too cheap to have an office. THIS IS A SCAM!!! Run away as if it is coiled rattle snake...it is!! Use them and it will be "lost wages".

Notification Services 6130 W. Elton Avenue PMB #529 Las Vegas, NV 89107, they sent out 3 letter's saying we qualify to permanently eliminate all future TS maintenance fees. And a reference # and if they done hear from us soon they cannot guarantee qualification. We got two different # 888-751-6606 and 888-983-4557. Can anybody tell me if this fraud too.

I get this letter about every month. They are authorized to notify me(!) and that my status as an owner gives me the ability to a achieve a full discharge of all future Resort Owner Maintenance dues and associated fees. Well isn't that special.

I am 19, and have never owned any real estate, let alone some timeshare crap.

I sent them a postcard and told them to go ahead and bill me. But I didn't give them my name, a credit card, or that unique timeshare owner code.

Received letter from Notification Services Las Vegas.   The letter received was in my married name.  I changed my name 7 years ago.  Letter states that I have owner status.  I do not have anything in time shares and never have.  So I would agree this is a scam and they are sending out notifications again to get someone to bite!   Beware  the address that is given on the letter is a virtual office.  SCAM written all over it!

No web site found?  Not sure if this is it or not:  http://www.onlineresortassistance.com/resort- ... are-assistance/
Not much information in there, no address, and the whois lookup shows it was created in 2013 but they used a proxy service to conceal who they are and where they are located.
BBB gives them no rating with 8 complaints that have a pattern:  http://www.bbb.org/southern-nevada/business-r ... gas-nv-90019942
No business registration under that name in Nevada or anywhere else for the matter, which would preclude them from legally conducting business.
The address looks to be a one story commercial building in a ratty neighborhood.  So since the suite number is 342 and there is no third floor, I imaging that this is simply a mail drop with a bunch of mailboxes in it.  There also seems to be some sketchy looking mail marketing companies there with 2 different names but the same identical web sites.
