It is Sirius XM and they just called me twice in a matter of 1 minute.  I dropped them 2 months ago.  I received an offer in the mail - 6 months for $30. It's the same offer that's on their website.  How is that an incentive to get me to come back?  I told them today I would come back for free. I'm not paying when I have so many other free options in my car with bluetooth. I can stream my own music, listen to Pandora and a number of other things for free. So I hung up and blocked the number.

Had their service with 4 accounts, I cancelled 3 of them and kept the 1 account. My cancelation shows I had a $118.00 credit, when I received my bank statement, they debited my account for $208.00. When I contacted the and told them I did not authorize that billing, I was told ALL accounts were automatically renewed and the only recourse is to cancel. When I ask where my $118.00 credit went to, I was told that was on a different account and it was put torward my remaining account which it did not. I advise anyone thinking about SiriusXM, run the other way, they screwed me over to the tune of $118.00.

Call came in and I did not answer and did not recognize it. Google it and found this. Don't know who it was nor who it was on the other end. I don't want interruptions.

Got a call from that number a few minutes ago. A woman speaking at an amazing speed asked for "Benjamin" ( not my name). Then she goes: Who am I speaking to?  Of course I didn't give her my name. I made it clear that there was no Benjamin here, but she goes " if you have any questions, bla bla ... and a number. What a joke!

Same thing - they call several times a week.
I too cancelled my Sirius Satellite radio service on my car at the beginning of the year -way too expensive & bad customer service !!
How can they offer $30 for a year - then turn around bill you the next  yr for $120+, but offer you again the $30 when you want to cancel!!!
Why not keep it at 30 - they would probably keep alot more customer base.

My cc # had been stolen  end of last year, so I had to replace it, therefore the # that they had on file was no longer valid.
I even told them I did not want them automatically renewing my subscription without my authorization.
I thought that if they no longer have a valid cc # to charge they will cancel the service immediately &  I have told them to cancel it.
The snag is that you have to call a completely different # / dept to cancel your service - not the customer svc # nor can you email them!
They will continue to provide service for a month or so, then they send you an email 2 months down the road to say the # they have on file is not valid & they will cancel the service (I'm thinking great - I already cancelled your service)... They will disrupt your service but will continue to try and collect from you... & report it.

Now I am getting calls from this # trying to get me back ... No thank you - other options out there that are free!!!

OK - Sirius needs to do better - lower the price. I don;t like their monthly auto debit - and this game we play - cancel and then they come back with better offers. I keep blocking everytime I discover it's them calling me - on different numbers!

I bought a used car in September of 2016.  It's now May of 2017 and they (SiriusXM) just keep on calling.  I never activated the "free trail period" so I don't have an account.  They have called me from area codes all over the United States from WA to NC and just about everywhere in between.  Just before I bought the car, I had just moved to NC from WA, so my mobile phone has a WA area code.  They have sent me numerous promotions by email (which I marked as spam so they don't stay in my mailbox) and by snail mail as well.  Will they ever give up?  I don't want to call back, because once you call a company back, regardless if they say they will remove you, it just gives them a legal pass to call you, because you have called them and established a business relationship (which they can prove by your call-back).  I imagine some companies honor this call back, but some definitely don't.

I got 3 calls from them within 7 seconds. They called the first two times like they let it ring once then hung up;then they stayed on the line the third time and let it ring. I looked at my phone like WTF. Who is doing this?! Kinda like a crazy ex-girlfriend who stalks you.

So, I cancelled Sirius XM after they told me my acct would NOT automatically renew. They renewed it anyway and I had to pay them a few bucks for the days. I was annoyed but whatever. It was a few dollar mistake. Fast forward a couple weeks after and they literally call me EVERY. SINGLE. DAY! I finally blocked the (877) 463-5346 number they kept calling on and obviously didn't hear from them for a while. Now they're calling me from another number!!! It's like a psycho ex boyfriend. I will NEVER sign up for Sirius again.

They called today-I didn't answer- they left no message.  Thx. all for noting it Serius radio.  I had the complimentary 3-month trial that came with the car I got 6 months ago.  Didn't renew...not worth it to me...they've been dogging me with junk mail and some email ever since.

These dirtbags from sirius have been continuously calling me from different numbers to all three of my phones and sending me junk mail for years even though i've never ever had any dealings with them or even owned a satellite radio capable vehicle in my life. One of the most unethical companies around. I would never use their service and would like to shoot their satellite out of the sky if I could.

They have been calling you for years, yet you have done nothing about it?  For instance, did you file complaints with the DNC and your State Attorney General's Office?  Did you send them a certified, return receipt letter telling them to stop calling you?  Did you file a TCPA lawsuit and sue them for $500 per phone call?

Had 5 radios with Sirius XM. Traded a car for a new one with paid subscription for a year. Cancelled the radio in the trade in. Then the calls started...daily. Called Sirius and they pretend they don't know who is calling. Told them on next call I would start cancelling units in my account. After I cancelled two units, the calls stopped. I can live without Sirius.

You need to get educated on what you are saying. The DNC is a joke. Congress set it up but they have no enforcement powers. Only publish a list of people who want to be taken off...which gives telemarketers more numbers. States Attorney Generals will at best send a letter to an individual marketer, but they will do nothing. It is not in their budget to enforce, and can only be done within their state if a threashold of calls exceed a certain number. Even then the prosecutor puts it on the bottom of cases to be investigated. You want to pay an attorney to file a TCPA lawsuit..good luck. You will have to provide a ton of information, pay the attorney, pay the filing fees, and be prepared to be frustrated on who to serve process on, and who has jurisdiction. Spend half a million to try and collect pennies. In short, the consumer is taking it up the rear. Congress is now discussing in committee a bill that would shut telemarketing down to charity and religious groups. The marketers will skirt this by taking on some charity and religious groups to hawk their products. Get a spam blocker on your home phone and cell phone, and I go a step further, it rolls into a long recorder that guarantees if the number does manage to get through the white list, it's not worth their time or effort.
