Just an update.  They also sent me an email.   Again ATT said not them.  All of my info is up to date.

Two calls from this number, no message left.

Scammers. Called me twice within an hour pretending to be two different companies.

Total scam....I got a text message, email and then a phone call from this clown...I only answered the phone because I had gotten the text and email just a few minutes before the call....he told me he was on the phone with me trying to set up my new phone line when we got disconnected so he was calling me back....I told him we didn't speak...he asked me to confirm my full name and I told him to [***] off and then hung up and blocked his number...

This number has called and texted sometimes in the middle of the night.  Their number when they text is venmo9.1-855-419-0776.______________'dk51blshq8w7ra539gl9z968j35@lkaslfoal.co.za.   Yes today they were Venmo, yesterday PayPal, last Friday,  Amazon, they just don’t stop. They leave the same text  just change the name

Could easily be some operation spoofing a legit ATT number ID.  The recording asks to enter a mobile number to receive texts for a "survey".  Possibly a trick to collect mobile numbers to associate with business land lines for fraud purposes (spear phishing, etc), or to get around business gate keepers later.  Even gives an ATT number in the message to enhance legitimacy, knowing most won't call the number before entering the mobile number.

over due bill that are paid automatically. I called 611 talked to an AT&T representative. Scam call #

Robocall from some offshore noise center claiming my AT&T phone bill was unpaid.  It's paid and up to date.   Maybe not for much longer though given the number of harassing phone calls pitching AT&T services.

Which don't come from AT&T.

I was on the phone with an AT&T Internet supervisor and the call got disconnected. The supervisor called back on 855-419-7365

I received a call from 855-419-7365 and it shows up on my caller ID as "AT&T". Blocking the number since others have reported this as NOT legitimate. The number that called me did it on my direct work number.

I picked up up. No one answered. I hung up. Blocked the number.

I called back and it's an automated call center to AT&T. The rep I have spoken to on the phone said that 1-855-419-7365 is NOT an AT&T number. I told the rep I am getting calls from AT&T and it directed me to them.

It is a suspicious number. AT&T would leave a message. This caller must be from a boiler room offshore.

I read your message. Not sure to what thing you are referring. A work matter perhaps. Care to expound?

Everyone says "AT&T but they never left a message, called 5 times yesterday. It is not the number that they usually call from and we have a business account so I get calls from them enough to have put them in my contacts. I believe this is a SCAM! ATT will also leave a voicemail and there was never a voicemail.
