They left a vm saying to call them regarding my account but left no name.  If it’s AT&T like some claim....I don’t have an account with them and never have so I’m not so sure it’s a legit call

When i got cut off on a service call the rep called me back from this number.  If I had not just been on the phone with AT&T and gotten cut off, I wold not have answered.

This number is not legit. They called and left a message saying it was AT&T calling with "important information regarding my telephone account"....but I don't have a landline, and my cell is through Verizon. I haven't had an account with AT&T in many years....

I was called twice by 855-419-7365 at 9:45 PM. It is a violation to call after 9 PM. The caller left no message.

Checking to see what this might be. They've called my cell several times. Yesterday I got an IM saying they were on their way for a service call but I had not called about service.

855 419 7365 were calling me.  left message  its say AT&T.  need talk you , call me please.  but  i was wondering dont believe it , that scam .. . sick off this .....

Number called me today, I do not have an ATT account or a DTV account.  I've not done any business with them nor do I plan to.  Other places report this is a spoof scam.  Number Blocked.

This was AT&T calling to let me know that the replacement DVR I had requested had been shipped. It was an automated call and was legitimate in my case. I bet scammers spoof this number and pretend to be AT&T as well sometimes but this was not an issue in my case.

Called three times, one right after the other. Each time, the phone stopped ringing before voicemail could kick in (or the caller hung up on the voicemail announcement). Some people get calls from AT&T because it's their number; some people get calls from scammers who fake the callerID. Today, I got the scammers.

Looking for a past due amount

This is the first time I've gotten a call from this number. the message said that I needed to call about my account. I've also gotten emails from "AT&T" regarding the same "account."
I noticed 2 months ago that I'd gotten charged for Uverse service (which I don't have) and tried 3 different ways to figure out  the issue (went to the store, called AT &T, did an online chat).  None of them had me listed as being charged the amount or having an account with the last four digits they quote in the email (and voicemail). We (AT&T and I) determined it was fraud so I turned it into my bank and had my debit card disabled. I have documented all of this. Since then I've gotten emails saying I've missed payments and now this call. I will return the call and let them know that I have done my due diligence and that I will be turning them in for fraud.

Answered the call and listened to a recorded message saying she had important info about my account with some fictitious account number that I do not have. I had AT&T once and not once did I receive a call with a recorded message to call them back, so I expect this was scammers.

If it was AT&T doing a repair, they would already know your address.

I have AT&T and I have a open service ticket.  I checked the number on this site to see all the call problems. When I did call  the number back there was no answer.  I called AT&T service center and they said they would never call they use text messages and emails. Scammers!

I have been talking to DirecTV but this call made no sense.  I think this is a scam.  When she told me she was calling to answer my questions about an activation fee I knew I had not asked any questions about that. I hung up.  Maybe I should have stayed on the line to see if she tried to get me to pay this fee.

Had to call AT&T tech support last night and was given this number. Person on other end asked way too many unrelated questions to the issue I was having. So I said I would call later.

Caller maybe valid for some, but for others who do not have AT&T or DTV, its a scam.  I have neither one of these services.

ID says AT T , we did not answer and they left no message. Bills are paid up, have had no problems with phone or internet so no reason to have a call from them. Scammer?
