855 465 4015 keeps calling my cell! pain in the ass!

I recieve calls from 855 465 4015 and when I answer no one is there and they/it hangs up.

This was on my answering machine... dead silence then just before the machine cut out soemone said"OH!" thenbackground noise and a hang up - no way to identify the caller.

Having been annoyed once again by this number calling and after my repeated "hellos" hanging up ... I am astounded by this company's lack of professionalism. Every time they interrupt my day for no reason other than to interrupt it makes me see red.

If this is indeed a company called Zedd Customer Solutions located in Toronto and North Bay, then I am so tempted to call their local number repeatedly ... and hang up as soon as someone answers. I know this is not a mature, level-headed reaction, but, hey, I'm only human ... (Seriously, I would never actually do that.)

Worse, if this marketing agency IS working on behalf of Rogers, it looks very bad on them too. In fact, perhaps some feedback directly to Rogers might catch their attention.

Can you imagine how many folks have been annoyed by these hang-up calls and NOT posted their comments here? Wow ... there must be thousands.

As usual I checked 800notes and found out it was another auto-dial caller.  There was no identification on call display either.

They keep calling me as well.  I just answer the phone without saying a word and put it on my desk and ignore it.  Eventually they hang up but they are really annoying.  They are even calling past 9:00 p.m. which is a no no.

I asked to be removed from the DO NOT CALL LIST as you describe in your post and by no means has that been adhered to.

Instead, it is over a month later and I get calls which when I do answer, it hangs up on the other end.

PLEASE stop bothering us ...you claim in your post that you do not interrupt our jobs but clearly you do (see over 10 pages in pissed off posts).

PS for a customer solutions company you write awfully rude posts to affected customers.

If you're a Rogers customer, have been within the last 18 months, or even if you've just asked them about a product/service within the last 6 months, they're allowed to call you even if you're number's on the DNC list. If you don't fall within those categories, you can call 1-866-580-3625 or go online to the DNC list website (pretty easy to find in any search engine) to register a complaint.

I am getting calls everyday from this number. Not happy.

They call me every day...and you know what the kicker is....I work for Bell and they are calling me at the office. You'd figure they hear my vm and that they are calling Bell and take me off the list but nope!

called their 1-647-727-1645 number to remove my number.  Funny thing is that I remember doing this before.  There should be something that does not allow Rogers to have your number put on a list - if I wanted different services, I would contact them myself.  It's very annoying.

The 855 nunber from this company has been on my phone daily for months. Finally, I answered tonight. The girl told me who she was and what company she works for (Zed solutions on behalf of rogers).  When asked for my postal code, I told her that I was not interested in anything that she has to offer, she continued to try and persuade me.  I told her that I spoke with rogers last week and that I am satisfied with my services as they are, not interested. Without saying anything she huffed (very loudly) and.then hung up on me. And that is supposed to be professional and some help to me...DO NOT GIVE THIS COMPANY ANY INFORMATION... NONE!!!  I don't know if it's a scam or not, but she was one rude [***].  They should be stopped.

They call everyday at least once and never respond when we pick up. This has gone on for months!

The owner of this number calls almost every day, often 2 or 3 times per day. It is my understanding that this is a Canadian third-party telemarketer contracted by Rogers, and as such they are ignoring the fact that my phone number is on the Do Not Call list, and has been on the list for at least 2 years, if not longer. In my opinion, they must be required to obey the law and stop calling, or be stripped of their business license.

They call me everyday. It is so distracting sometimes when you are driving. Plz stop calling.

Just so you know if you google toll free numbers this one 855 is toll free for them but you get charged on your number for the call. see areacode/org it tells you.

Calls at least once a day. Must be an automated dialer, because there is no one there if you hang up, and they always hang up before the voice mail cuts in. What a waste of my cell's battery!

They claimed to be from Rogers company, I didn't have time at the time but since last week, they are calling everyday.  Thanks to call display, I usually don't pick up unknow number or 1-800....I should have not answer the first time...lesson learned

I constantly get calls from this number.  I got so fed up, I blocked their number on my phone.  It's great now, everytime they call, my phone only rings once and the call is blocked.  I should have done that a while back!!
