I have Rogers as a cell provider and received a call from this number, I understand the person receiving an 855 call pays for the long distance charge. I will now look at my bill then change providers if I got charged.

Guys i work at ZEDD. It's a random number dialer. It's a legitemate telemarketing company in North Bay Ontario that works wil Rogers, RBC, and XM Radio.

If you dont answer you're phone, you get a call back.
If it's busy you get a call back.
Answering machine, get a call back.
If you want to be put on the do not call list, you need to wait while we read our "Do not call list" paragraph. We cant legally put you on it unless we read it.
You can only get two calls a day.

Also, if you yell and swear at us, we find it pretty hilarious and set your call back time for dinner time the next day.

haha it's actually a pretty fun job, i dont mind it. Gets me 11-14 dollars an hour just for sitting there calling people. >.>

This number has called 4 times in the last 7 days. Each time there is no reply to my answer and I can hear the disconnect. If they are selling something why do they not answer when I pick up? This is just too weird! Can I somehow block this number? Not sure how to do that.

Very aggressive sales call from an individual representing himself as from Rogers Communication Inc. Extremely unprofessional. When I called Rogers they confirmed that I have opted out of all marketing calls. It likely is an unethical sales company or person's demon dialler.

After numerous harassing calls AND voicemails of just random people talking, I called this number. The lady was nice and said she would trace who was calling me and would make sure I was added to the do not call list. This is very unprofessional having employees making ignorant calls and if this doesn't work I will peruse legal action because my cell phone is not a public number and I haven't signed any agreement allowing harassment.

Offshore telemarketing fraud pretending to be the Rogers billing department. This is a fraud, and potential victims should hang up the phone and not provide any information or credit card information to this caller.

Repeat - This is a phishing fraud, not a legitmate call from Rogers.

No we hate people calling us for stuff. If I want a deal I will find it. People like you and your company are the absolute worst. You call at the most inappropriate times and really just stink!!!! Go away and screw Rogers

I do know telemarketers can be rude and annoying, but at least these ppl r working and not sponging money off ur tax dollars. They r doing what they r told to do and a lot of them r just thrown on the phones and scared when they call ppl. And yes I say scared cause they have ppl like "Jeremy" to deal with. When ur name is put on the do not call list it takes time. If u actually listen to the person that puts u on that list u would know that. Also that does not exclude u from companies u have service from, u need to be put on the the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission (CRTC). I ask u this, how would u like it if everyday someone called u names and treated u like dirt at work. Telemarketers r treated like garbage everyday cause of what they do so they can feed there families. No they don't have a right to talk to ppl like crap but nor do the clients who they r calling. If u don't want there service then simply say no thank u and put me on ur do not call list. REMEMBER it does take a few day for that to take effect.

I see ur one of those ppl who sponges off of other people lol. I feel so sorry how uneducated u r.. Ur calls are gonna continue cause u don't listen and don't learn. And if u say how hard is a telemarketers job is, well vast majority of them have 2 jobs and is in school.

it's a job, we cannot leave messages on machines.  We cannot say many words, everyday words
if you tell the telemarketer not to call your number anymore, by law they have to.  It might take a little time, get them to date it seems to work faster, sorry about bothering people

for your information, zedd customer solutions, works for ROGERS COMMUNICATIONS. there a third party calling centre, someone couldnt possibly have every piece of information you have on file, and be fake.
thats why scamscall you , and ask for personal information, they. DONT ! why? because the information is already in front of them.

learn it.

I used to work for this company. Next time you receive a call, ask to be removed from the calling list. The agent will then say a little scripted legal bit and remove you from the calling list. They have to or they would lose their job.

They get your number from Rogers, who hired Zedd to call people to market on their behalf.

News flash, a telemarketer! This pays my bills. If you have a problem with it and want to feed my children and myself and pay for our benifits I can defiantly go on welfare/ Ontario works.

Just hole up in a cardboard box somewhere, your illiteracy is going to prevent you from getting a real job anyway. Or get used to the abuse, it's only going to get worse becaise nobody wants your damn calls.
