I got him from the company Face book page then used 411 and called him at home

Kept getting calls from this number every few days, but if I answered they would hang up immediately before saying a word, and if I did not answer it would hang up without leaving a message.  Called the number back, which said to call 647-727-6245 to be removed from their call list, but that number is not in service.

Called the number listed at their web site, http://www.zeddsolutions.com/Zedd_Solutions/Contact.html 416-745-1333 and asked to be removed from their call list.  We'll see if that works.  If not, I'm going to start calling Rogers every day that I get a call from this number.  Harrass them enough, and they might just drop this ridiculous company.

I am receiving calls daily, sometimes twice a day from this number to my cell phone.  I haven't answered and now am glad I didn't.  Thanks for the heads up

I get calls from this bogus number every day.  If I pick up, I get nobody. If I leave it, no message is left either.  I finally decided to call this bogus number back and was told to call 647-727-1645 to be added to their do-not-call list.  I did just that but it said that it'd take up to 30 days to process.  Hope this will work.

I just got a call from 1-855-465-4015, I have been a Roger's Wireless Customer for over 20 years and until this year have never been plagued with these calls from numbers that I don't recognize. My phone number is a blocked number so I don't know how they got it! I don't do social networking such as facebook, twitter etc. I am a very private and security conscious person, I never give permission to anybody or any company to call my phone. i Don't have any friends, I don't live in the city, hell even have a proxy for my website to protect my ID.
I NEVER EVER ANSWER A CALL FROM AN UNRECONIZED NUMBER NO MATTER WHAT!    
These companies just set up there computers to dial random number, if you answer then they know that the number is good. Similar to phishing in email, if you bounce the email back they have a hit and then they know the email address is good. So, never answer your phone, that's what voicemail is for! Never bounce spam mail, they'll give up after a few knocks on your door so to speak, until another company starts the B.S a couple of months  later. So the circle goes round!

Rogers calling me when I go over my cap. They've been calling me since 12/2009...never bother to pick up....FO.

Got this call around 9pm and let it go to voicemail. No message was left. Looked up the number here, and promptly blacklisted the number on my phone.

8:50 PM they called!! they said they were from Z solutions on behalf of Rogers, they also knew my full name. Sounded like he was calling from a very loud bar or something . so many people talking in the background. they asked  for me and i said that "she"(me) wasn't here, then they asked how to get a hold of me... I said u won't be.then he said he would call back later, i told him to never call back again, that i wasn't interested in whatever he was trying to sell. whats the urgency!?  I have been on the do not call list for over a year now.. and its starting all over again. I'm really fed up with Rogers!! !! they always have someone calling trying to sell me something.. like that frickin' rocket stick.... i think i got 10 calls about it, every time saying i didn't want it, and they kept asking why... i told them i didn't have a computer haha. .....in other words GET F'CKD!!!!!!!

While at work, I've received several calls from 855-465-4015.  When I answer, there is never anyone on the line and it eventually disconnects.  I called the number back and got a recorded message stating that they are a marketing company working on behalf of Rogers Communications.  They give you a website you can visit for more information; www.zedsolutions.com or if you wish to have your number removed from their call list, you are given a number to call; 647-727-1645.  I've called that number SEVERAL times and still get those annoying calls from them.

I got the same response as you...saying that are from Rogers and asked for my postal code.
They wanted to know if I would like a free cell phone....I then hung up.
I called Rogers,and  gave them that number.
Rogers called me back and said they did a trace of the number and said they are a third party call company for Rogers and not to worry/be concerned about it.
They even gave me the name of the person that called me....Carol.

It is a Marketing Company that acts on behalf of certain telephone companies...in this case Rogers.
Just ignore them - you can call the number and you will get  a recorded message which gives you a different number to call to be put on their 'do not call list'.

Been checking on 4 numbers that have been calling me. All numbers have been calling within 5 days of my new rogers services. All numbers seem to be claiming to work for rogers. To avoid these calls do not have your services with rogers. I never had any problems with telemarketers on my cellphone before.

Yeah...got the same call too and he asked for me by name as well.  Told him I was stepping out and he asked for the best time to return the call and I told him 8:30...guess what...?  The same number called back at 8:30 but I ignored the call...

I had another call last month with an offer to buy their digital box outright but I declined.  I called Rogers a week later and mentioned that offer...there was no record of this offer on file...???  Makes one wonder about these "so-called representatives" of Rogers or any other company huh???

Go a call from this number but it only rang twice.  Googled it and the added to my list of blocks number.  I got an application "CallsBlocker" that makes it possible for me to block certain number.  Awesome application! :)

For EVERYONES information we ask you for your postal code to INSURE we are speaking to you, think about it like this.. would you like someone to have full access to your account, run it up, start fraud and put you in so much debt that you will have to claim bankrupcy. I think not, we have a job, our job is to provide services on behalf of Rogers, if you clearly state place me on the DO NOT CALL LIST, we by law have to place you on it and read our verbatium. Sorry for any inconvience but the bottom line is, let us do our jobs as we let you do yours, we are not fake and we do care and try to help everyone out.

got a call from this # couples days ago, called back, they gave me a number 647-727-1645 to remove my phone # from their calling list.

I too have been getting harassed by this number for months now! does anyone have a solid, concrete way of either blocking this number with success!! I'm soooooo sick and tired of having to mute my iphone when i see the number popping up multiple times every week. As i've said i've been harassed by this number for months now!!

Then why is it that with the majority of ppl on this particular subject are not able to speak with an actual representative of the company on the other end of the line, why is it that when all of these ppl are calling the number back they are hung up on, get no answer at all, the call is picked up and they hear a call center in the background and noone is speaking to them. Seems a little odd and I'm sorry to say that that's more than just constant dropped calls.
If yo are "just, and reputable" then why is it that none of your ppl when being called back are courteous enough to answer the call back informing all of these ppl who you are and what exactly it is that you are calling about.
All of these ppl just simply can't be making this up and the fact that this has been going on for soooooo long, it makes one wonder why you've posted your comment, when clearly your staff are doing none of what you've stated in your post.

Why is that I wonder???????
