They said that someone filed a suit against me and I had to call to get details.  When they asked for the last four digits of my social security number, I refused to give it to them.  They hung up.

Just got a call from these people today and they said i will be served papers and i have to appear in court on the 28th.. Her name was Bella...

Just called that number and there was no Bella working there... well i will be waiting for my papers...

well. the dated came and went the calls stopped till today and started up again this time I have the man mentioned in several other threads. guess they want to try to intimidate people during the holidays!

I also have been contacted by the same people. They never called my cell but did call my wifes daughter and my grandma. I called and talked to a Terry Olen who is the case manager. He said the same thing I would be served. I asked the company on which they were representing and it was Cash Loan Team. Money was direct desposited into my account in 2008. He wouldn`t send me anything nor have I ever recieved anything stating I owe this. He asked if I wanted to pay with a credit or debit card in the full amount of 705.00$ I just want them to stop calling my family. There definetly not getting any money.

Update on first post! contacted The Atterney General office. Told them all about first call. How they were coming to arrest me,how they said I commited fraud,they represented cash net and didnt. Got letter back from the AGO. The company closed whatever debt I had and told the them they will not contact me any longer we will see.

I received a call on my cell telling me my daughter would be served with court papers. I asked who it was far and they said payday loan. I asked who and when and they said they did not have to inform me they would only talk to ny daughter. I told them she was in hospital for chemo treatments for the next 2 weeks. Then they asked what hospital so they could serve her in hospital.  I replied with not so nice words. The person I talked to said her name was Edith. I informed her if they did attempt to serve her while in hospital, I would bring down the Wrath of a Mother Bear sown on them.  Then I found their web site and googled to find out the CEO<and other alphabet people. I sent out 10 certified letters to them. Then I waited for another call. Edith called back 2 weeks later and asked if I knew the bad things that would happen to me and my daughter for the threats. I told her that bring it on.
I informed her I have a cousin who works for the District Attorney in Dallas County and he told me ti inform them he would be filing legal papers to advise them either show the proof or they would file a criminal complaint. I have not heard from them again. My cousin went ahead and filed the papers for harrassing a ill person while in hospital and not showing me the proof of debt.  I have a court date for March 15 2012. It will be interesting to see who shows up.  Additional info in March I will Share

I just received a call today from the same number 1-855-502-7963. He said to call him back or he will serve me papers and that I only had a one time opportunity to call him back. A case# was given to me and said it was for a court date for 12/15. I was wondering too if it was a scam or if I needed to report this harrassment to my lawyer.

I don't think this is fair, undoubtably they are getting our phone numbers from somewhere and somehow.......this is very disturbing that someone has our information.....I have already changed phone numbers once and still am receiving phone calls....so are they getting our phone numbers from the phone company or what....this is harrassment....My phone call stated that I had til end of buisness today to contact them or I would be served on Monday....This is definetly not the first time they have threatened me!!!!  I've been threatened by them about 6 times, from court to jail....Enough is Enough

I rec'd a call yesterday from a Matt stone telling me that I was going to be served papers on Monday Dec 26. Within 2 minutes apart they called back 3 more times and left the same message. They called my home phone and threaten me again. Today I rec'd 3 more calls. I even rec's a call my my sister in-law whom I haven't seen or spoken to for 3 years stating they called her and asked her if she knew me and she said yes, she is my sister in-law and they told her that, that's all they need to confirm and I will be served papers on Monday. Where are they getting our info and numbers from. I have never used any family on anything references or business matters. I don't get it.

rec'd a call this morning at 8:30AM stating he(Matt Stone) would be here today to serve me and guess what. He never showed up. Who ever these people are, enjoy threatening people. What a joke. There need to find a real job. I reported them to the FCC. hopefully they can get these people to stop.

Received three calls in one day; first time they called.  Called my cell twice and left a message after second call.  Left a message on my folks voicemail; havent lived with them in a long time.  Very detailed; first sign of scam...you cant leave such a detailed message on a VM, at least in California.

Message on my cell said I have been served; how do you serve someone without actually serving them papers?  You can't.

I played with these type of people last September.  After several missed calls on my end, I finally answered.  They said I could settle the debt or go to court.  I asked if my attorney could speak with them; so I called my girlfriend and she ran a list of questions...none of which they could answer.  The person than started calling us names...and hung up.  I tried back...another person said the same things the first scammer said.  Told him I'd see him in court and that I was ready to fight.  Also asked him which court and he said criminal; I had to correct him...something like this, legit, would go to civil court...especially for such a low dollar amount.

Those calls eventually ended but these have resurfaced.  This is either an overseas scam or within the states now.  They bank on the suckers that dont think and will pay it off to avoid legal troubles.  

I hope people investigate these calls...odds are if they don't they'll fall for it.

FBI wont do much...its not a priority until someone gives up big money.
