this same thing happened to me, and several hrs later my mother got the same call. AGAIN, neither of us have accts at First Bank. This is most def a scam. seems to be hitting the StL area we too are in the StL area.

St Louis area, same as above, computer voice saying first bank,  which we don't do any business with.  Total scam

I fell for it. Call the number on the back of your card and they will help.  He will have to go several days with no card while they reissue another

To Whom do we report this scam?  The police?  It just happened to us a little while ago.  No, we didn't call back.  Same numbers.  

SCAM! "First Bank" has put a hold on my credit card but we have never had First Bank accounts. Called the number back and will not give you Any Other option other than enter your 16 digit card number, no way to get a real person, pressed zero and pound, nothing but FRAUD.

They must be hitting the St. Louis area.  Just got a call on my cell, I do not bank with "First Bank" and have not used my debit card in a year.  Seems unlikely there would be unusual activity on it now.  Also, when my husband's card was compromised while out of state, we recieved NO warning call that the account had unusual activity . . . the card was just "denied".

I got the same call from the "Fraud Department" and did not give any info.  Found out my daughter got the same robo-call earlier today.  The calls were made to cell phones that are not related (different carriers and different accounts).

received a call at 6:42p in the St. Louis area.  I do not have a First Bank card.  Do not call back, this is a SCAM!

Just got this call on st louis area cell phone.  We don't have any first bank credit or debit cards. Called number back and no way to talk to a live person without entering credit info.  Did a quick Google search and found this.

Got a call from this number but when I answered there was nothing on the other end.  Just dead air.

Ditto here, left a voice mail to call the # and said there was fraud on my First Banks debit card and a hold has been placed on the account. Too bad I don't have an account there. Scam.

Got the same recording on my cell phone.  I figured it was scam because I don't have a First Bank card.  I hung up as soon as they asked for card number.

They just called my wife's phone.  Thankfully, I had the good sense to check on here first.  I wonder if the FBI or FCC are investigating them?

ITS A FISHING SCAM!! DO NOT CALL THEM BACK.  I just got the same call about my account at First bank. I don't bank there. My husband got the same call about an hour prior to my phone call. we figured it was a scam then because I said it was a debit card we do not have a debit card with First Bank. Our bank just called it a FISHING SCAM!!!!!!!!!

I usually dont answear calls with 800
They left me a mesage telling me that there is a pending payment on my credit cart.
Called them back and they asked to insert my card number and then i figured out they are scammers

Got a call from this number on wife's cell but since we didn't recognize the number we let it go to voicemail.  I called our bank and there was no debit card activity.  I will report this as a scam.

They called my husband cell leaving this number. When I tried to call back from home phone said the number was not listed. When he called from his cell it went straight to recording asking for his debit card number. We do not have First Bank so knew that this was a scam!! I do hope people do not put in their card numbers!!
