If you don't want her to see it, why don't you delete it instead of just moving it?

You are so right this is a scam these people try to get information from you so that they can access your debit card. The positive post that are given are from the people who are scamming you.

Absolutely right. End of story just call the numbers behind the bank card only.

Total scam as the letter referred to an account number ending with XXX that I do not have (I only have a mortgage account with Wells Fargo).  They clearly expect people to panic and call the phone # on the letter. In addition, the QR code on the letter reveals nonsensical information. I also went to the Wells Fargo website and this number is not one of the numbers they listed.

LEGIT NUMBER MY ACCOUNT IS FROZEN! This number called me and asked to return the call, I tried checking the account online and it's frozen so absolutely legit number folks!

This post is written by a scammer associated with the number. 855-731-2017 is absolutely a scam. 100% without a doubt. The scammers post on these phone number search sites with made up positive comments about them so they can steal from others by giving them confidence the number is a good number from searches like this. I hope these people rot in hell.
