Calls Home and Cell  4-5x a day

Non-stop invasion of my privacy.  I'm talking about five to 10 times per day.  They even call my phone on the weekend.  Even on Sunday's as late as 1038 at night!!!  

I never answer these calls since the name does not appear in the caller ID screen and, maybe because I don't answer them, I am now receiving more and more of these types of calls every week!!!.  What does it take to make them stop?!?!

We seriously need the government to step in and pass legislation to prevent these calls.  They are a very unwanted invasion of my privacy.

You can prevent the phone calls by paying your debts you loser.  You can make them stop BY ANSWERING AND PAYING YOUR DEBTS.

Same thing it,s the southwest credit collection company, just ignore their calls they are only expert at attempting to get your attention, and please keep in mind while they are spending money to call you and mail you all the silly little attempts in truth they are powerless and it costs you nthing to delete the number or throw the envelope in the trash, it is far more annoying for these scavenger companies to spend countless hours and dollars and obtain nothing than it is for you to simply ignore them.. rest easy folks..

This is a collection agency for AT&T that apparently buys very old debts.  I had AT&T for my cell about 3 years ago and cancelled bc I didn't get reception where I moved to.  They told me I didn't need to pay the cancellation fee since I couldn't use my phone but still sent me a bill.  I called and they said not to worry about it.  Now all these years later I have some idiot collection agency on me for $100, calling me at all hours of the day and night.....

i'm retiree of old at&t and old stockholder before it split into baby bells.if we find the paper trail linking sw-credit IT to newAT&T then an appropriate stockholder complaint proposal could be introduced before  next annual meeting....socrates said the price of apathy is to be ruled by evil.

Received call for my daughter who is away at collage.  Thought that she was buying and not paying.

Thanks for telling me about this scam.

Now that you know your daughter is not necessarily a deadbeat, you would do her a favor in documenting all Caller ID entries and calls and keeping message copies. Sooner or later Southwest could violate laws in trying to pick her pockets, such as calling at improper times, discussing the debt with third parties like yourself, abusive treatment, and so on.

It's also possible SWCS already knows how to contact her but is bugging you to create false shame. This too is wrong and deceptive. If you get a dunning letter for her in the coming week you'll have a better idea how serious or frivolous the claim is.

you can sue them. i just sued a debt collector for violating the Fair Debt Credit Reporting Act. I got $2,100. It was direct deposited yesterday.

Called the number to name my number removed; got some illiterate dumb-ass that would not let me speak

just ignore them. they will stop calling after 6 month or so. if you get a letter just simply toss it in the garbage. you dont need to ever give them any money.

I have this number calling my landline and cell phone...they are asking for someone who I have never heard of and when I tell them that I have no idea who the person is that they are looking for and to remove my number they tell me it takes up to 72 hours to remove a number..well it's been since January 2011 and they still won't remove my numbers...so frustrating about ready to change both of my numbers because they will call 10 - 15 times a day and as late as 10:45 p.m.

For those of us who were unfortunate to lose their jobs it's not easy paying bills when there is no income.

This is a call for my son who does not live here. I have pressed "3" numerous times to let the company know they are calling the wrong number, but they keep calling from several different numbers. They have my son's address to contact him. I am tired of getting these calls at all hours of the day and night, including Sundays.

keep getting calls from this # and all the others they use. Very tied of it. The computer with phone # from AT&T was returned to best buy within 30 days because never workered from day 1. I got my money bacik on computer but they never and will never get the money they want. Terrible company AT&T
