This number keeps calling for my husband. They've even called MY father for my husband and claimed they were going to serve my father papers for his son-in-law (not legal and makes no sense). Started out from Josie Watts, now it's some dude who says this is the final attempt and since we've spoken to them (neither myself nor my husband have answered) they are going to allow us one more chance before sending it to our jurisdiction. 🙄 Scammy, smarmy, annoying calls.

A rude lady on a voicemail saying - Threatening to serve me with legal documents or else will take me to court. Then if I miss the court date... judgement etc..

Are people really this scummy and bored? How do they even get these phone numbers and why/what are they trying to get from this?

They're hard up for ripping somebody off, it's a big way they make a living. Your number can be passed on by other pests, who can simply find out it's in service just by getting an answering device. Eliminating ways they can leave threatening messages denies them anything they're after, which in this case, is extorting your money. Received a voicemail from a Josie Watts at 8558694698, stating court papers filed against me was attempted to be served at my home and employment. First, I  am  not employed, so not possible.  Secondly, my county will notify documents to be signed for in the county Sheriff's department. So this is a scam!

I just received the same call, I think it’s a scam!

Yep, got the same message from a "Josie Watts". Stated that she was a process server and had tried to serve me papers at my address and it was her last attempt....Called from 904-320-0669. Sounds like BS to me.

This is a scam-no one ever calls you in order to tell you they have legal documents to deliver ~ these people are rampid and ruthless and are a disgrace to the working people of america - wish we could file legal papers against them!!!!  I would block their number - or answer and tell them you want an address so that you can send a cease and desist letter!!!

I am so tired of these crooks. Calls multiple time a week stating that she has attempted to serve court documents to me; for a failed court appearance; and to call the number listed above for more information.

I have received this message several times on my phone, however the person  (a lady) do not leave a name. I was advised to call 855-869-4698.

Scam. They get smart when you ask for their information to report them

I received a voice mail from josie watts saying she tried to deliver documents at my home and place of employment ,since this was a failed attempt I'll miss my court date, and court will go on without me being present!! The number they called from read 1+ null. Call back number 855-869-4698....whatever!!!

2nd phone call I received from an unknown caller that left this message regarding a family member.
“Hello this message is _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ hello once again this is Josie _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ I'm _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ I tempted to serve you at your residence and your place of employment taking your signature in regards the bracelet document however I _⁠_⁠_ _⁠_ _⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ doing so I'm obligated to serenity documents and the director if you were fine you'll miss your court appearance in the possible thinking _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ you if you wish. _⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ please press one to be directly connected to a representative or contact the filing party at 855-869-4698…”
Obvious scam since no one attempted to deliver anything. Plus note the wording....”if you were fine you’ll miss your court appearance... BS

Josie Watts called me as well. I left it go to voicemail. She used my last name from 22 years ago. Definitely a scam. My caller I.D. said restricted.

Just got the same exact voicemail---not calling that  number!

Call from Josie Watts. Phone number was 8042589423. She told me she was trying to reach me to serve legal documents and get my signature. I had to call 8558694698. I called it. A guy answered and asked my phone number and told me some BS which ended with wanting my credit card number . SCAM
