Just had them call me as well telling me I was overdue for an eye exam and when would I like for her to set me up for an appointment.  I told her she needed to update her records considering I was literally JUST in there last week.  Only reason I answered is because they screwed up my lenses and I thought it was my call telling me my new ones were ready.  I should also note this is the second call I've gotten regarding being overdue for an exam since my appointment ten days ago.  Total BS!

This number called me at 2:34 pm on June 26.  I have had glasses made by Lenscrafters before so it is possible they are calling me.  But if it is them, why does their caller ID just say "TOLL FREE CALL"?  I will NEVER answer a number with that vague sort of caller ID.  Also, it appears that this number was stopped by  my blocking service, which, despite my existing business relationship with them, is fine by me.

To everyone who has received this call. It is fraudulent. LensCrafters and their Dr offices are separate entities and do not share scheduling departments nor systems. A recent incident with an employee who received this call while at work has reported an asset protection incident.

We should be able to sue the phone companies who continue to dish out these phony phone numbers. I have never done anything with Lens Crafters

Another person who has all the information of the world at his finger tips and has failed to use it.  The phone companies don't "dish out these phony phone numbers".  They are generated by computer software.  Something you would have known had you used the internet to learn.

LensCrafters called, but I told them I had no time to "see" them. Get it? They didn't, so I had to explain the joke to them. But they still didn't laugh. Some people just have no sense of humor, eh?

Lenscrafts - cant stand them. they screwed upo presecription and $400  glasses with reversed progressive prescription.  told them to remove me from database but they dont listen.  three calls in one day

Eff setting up my annual eye exam, you're not my optometrist, you sold me a pair of glasses. And eff dentists, veterinarians, optometrists, and banks too for always harrassing me to set up a next appointment; all they want is $$$. (Funny how medical doctors whose fees are covered by my insurance policy never call to "remind" me of anything.)

I've been receiving a barrage of voice mails about my "annual appointment," that is "scheduled for" and they give a specific date, as if I've already made the appointment. They ask me to call to "confirm" the appointment. I was thinking, "Wait, did I schedule an appointment a year ago and forget doing so?" But no, I did not and would not schedule an appointment a year in advance. It seems that they are trying to trick me into thinking I scheduled an appointment and calling them to confirm or cancel, which I won't waste my time doing. I'll waste my time here instead. I can see why they do this. They probably get tons of calls this way, some of which result in appointments. But I find it intrusive and deceptive.

I had to google the number to see comments that this was from Lens Crafters. Speak English next time. I could not understand one word this person said in the message. I’m tired of being harrassed by Lens Crafters - phone calls and post cards telling me I have an appointment with a date and time listed. I have called the number on the postcards to complain yet they still call and send unwanted mail! I haven’t been there in years because of bad service and high prices. Never trust a chain store optometrist.

ok boys and girls , this definitely is a phone number used by LENSCRAFTERS.  IF YOU CALL THIS FOLLOWING NUMBER  877 753 6727   PRESS ZERO  when it connects, you will be connected to a live customer service agent.  Tell them you are on the DO NOT CALL  registry, and that you do not want to receive any communications from them. The agent will then place you on the list of people not to send or call solicitations or reminders. I just did this today when I received a call on my caller ID and then looked up the number on 800 notes. I told the agent that I do not need to make any appointments as I only use them to buy my glasses when needed.

I see you all saying this is LensCrafters, however I have literally never been to one! Or got glasses from one. So... spam for sure

I seriously thought this was a prank call the girl was slurring her words and did not even say the phone number clearly. I was barely able to figure out she was saying she was from LensCrafters to schedule my eye exam but I just had my exam last week.

Received missed calls from this number at least 3 times. They never leave a message. I have used Lenscrafters in the past and if this is them as all the other reviews say, then they should be leaving messages to let the person they are calling know, otherwise why am I going to answer an 855 number that is a new 800 number?

I got a call from this number, said it was LensCrafters, calling to set up my annual appointment. The thing is, I have only purchased glasses from there, not had an eye exam, so how would they know it was time for my annual exam? Ironically, my annual exam is schedule with my ophthalmologist for tomorrow!
