Said they were LensCrafters scheduling me for an annual exam.  Just had an exam.  Probably a scam.

calling for annual exam... they're not my optometrist although I did buy glasses from them (and they're useless). Blocking!

The Caller ID said "Toll Free Call" which is stupid, but there was a recording saying it was Lencrafters calling for my annual eye exam. Even if it did say Lencrafters, I wouldn't have answered.  They called at 1pm this past Wed.

I've never had an exam with them but I've gotten glasses over the years.  So, not a bogus call if it WAS them, but I go to my own doctor for my eye exam.  Lencrafters rarely calls me; they usually send promotions or coupons to me via snail mail.  But I prefer the annual robo call from them over the repeat phone calls from a "women's cancer charity" several times a week for years now.

Same call for me. Saying it was LensCrafters and they wanted to set up my annual eye exam. Doesn’t sound legit to me as my local LensCrafters has never called for a annual check-up. I just call them when I want to go in. I believe this number is spam so I have blocked them.

Yes, I did purchase my last pair of glasses from them, but next time I will go elsewhere. They called me today to say they were calling cause it was time for my yearly exam & what schedule would I like, morning or evening? I said first of all, my last exam was in August & don't know what it is on your planet but here on Earth it is just January & that' s not even 6 months. Very appoligetic but yeah they are just fishing. They are not looking at when I was last there for exam cause as someone stated, the optomotrist is not affliated with Lenscrafters, only in the same domicile. And as a matter of fact, the last time I went to see the doctor, Lenscrafter people (cause you have to pass them to get to the doctor) stopped me & asked could they help. I said no thank you & am now sorry I even got glasses from them as the glasses are the worst pair of glasses I have ever had.
