Yes they call and make my family and sometimes dogs upsets with no reason I don't gotta do nothing and they don't stop calling no way.  We victims and they don't got no reason to pull this and I sending to state lawyers and they can shut them down hard.

Million calls a day!

This number has called 5 times in the last week.  If we don't recognize the number, we don't answer, have even turned off our answering machine as we get so many of these calls.

I called them back. They were calling my elderly mother three or more times a day. They usually hung up.

When I talked with them they gave me the name of the person they were trying to collect from. That person may have had the number years ago, but not in the last four years.

These companies are usually trying to collect on a very old and uncollectable debt.

Hopefully they told the truth and will no longer call.

I have tried to block Midland Credit to no success.Did they change the phone number? It's always this is your final warning to reduce your credit card debt-When I did answer-told I can't stop calling'

This number has called most every day for the last few weeks.  I don't answer but they kept calling, then I answered but didn't say anything and they hung up and then keep calling.  I am SICK of it !!!!!

How do we get them to stop calling?  We have stopped answering...in hopes they will stop. They call our company 3 times a day ... we don't owe anyone money...this is pure computer spam calling.

I believe it... it's been going on with me for a few years. They start calling around 8am and continue off and on all day till night, at least 4 times a day. Different numbers, usually says 'toll free call" (because these are exempt from the Do Not Call registry?)  I don't owe any bills that i know of, I  have no credit, I live on SS. At times I have answered calls I didn't know who it was to try and shut the up and they've asked for someone I don't know, and/or doesn't live here. They question me, like 'do you have a phone number for them?"  I have heard NOT to answer calls like this, then they know you're a "live" person. Usually the answering machine comes on and no message. I've got so when I see what it is I pick up the receiver and hang it up, usually by the 2nd ring.  though I'm thinking if they have to pay for the calls, maybe I should let the answering machine come on,  first. I've looked them up before and read they try and make people believe they owe some debt, whether the person ever did or not, and get them to pay it.  sometimes I'm tempted to get my phone number changed, but don't like to let them win... they don't give a name on the Caller ID and use various numbers (I assume it's them) sometimes a city and state like WASHINGTON DC,  etc.

Create a log with name, date, phone number, and if on a holiday. After you get several calls then report them to the D.A. or someone higher up if you can. The FAA I think.

constantly calls- don't answer- latest call...8:00 a.m. Sunday morning! Please stop!

They just called and when I answered they hungup...they got a return call from me advising them to STOP calling.
Now they are prohibited from ever calling again...and I have blocked that number on phone service.
BTY...I owe them nothing...they are trolling for a former tenant.

The Federal Aviation Administration can't help you with this.  You could file a complaint wit the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) using the Do Not Call Registry website (https://complaints.donotcall.gov/complaint/complaintcheck.aspx).  I wouldn't hold my breath, though.

Constant calls at inconvenient times.  Do not any of these toll free calls ever.
