I recieved a phone call,informing me i took out a loan for 2000 dollars and if i did not pay that would take me to court. they wanted me to start making payments today or one time payment of 700.  When starting asking questions,the investigater hung the phone up.

Since this group is actually operating out of the Charlotte area, the proper local jurisdiction to file police reports would be the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police Department

I keep getting phones call from that # and even a local Alabama # 205-332-1874. My ex husband calls me this morning telling me that ppl keep calling him, his mom and grandmother looking for me. Seriously??? Why call ppl who I don't deal with? Why not call my family? Not my ex's family. I called them back and the 1st person I spoke to, I couldn't hardly hear him because of all tge noise in the background. The 2nd one was so rude, when I told her I was calling my bankruptcy attorney since everything was taken care of, she said "I don't give a damn who you call, we will get our money or you will go to jail honey". When I called my attorney and she said this happens all the time. I gave her the case & phone numbers cause she said let her call them for herself. She called me back and said they kept hanging up on her, she'd call back & they wouldn't give any pertinent info, some said they didn't have to speak to her. Just craziness. She gave me the www.ic3.gov website to lodge my complaint.

I just got a call from them today and 2 other times over the past year.  This is the first time that I have pressed for their business name. They said that my 75 year old mother was going to be charged with fraud over an HSBC Debt- with sketchy info that they had wired her money to a bank account in 2009- which we all know did not happen) They could not provide any documentation. Last 2 calls have been more aggressive - saying they have provided all the information that they will provide and are not wasting any more postage (but we have not seen any info) and then told me today that we would have to go to court. I said where - she said Iowa. My Mom has not been there in many years. Saw this sight and called her back and told her don't ever call me again she said "Okay thank you!" and "On a watch list for fraud? (Like she was talking to someone else)-  and hung up. 855-414-6205 Chelsea Hunter was her name from Bailey Rowe & Assoc.

This company's employee called me from 855-414-6205 and left the call back number 855-948-4460. She wasn't looking for me. My number came up when she was "investing" someone else. She told me their corporate offices are located in South Carolina. She wouldn't tell me what the situation was. She was very evasive.

Bailey and Rowe Associates is a Scam they have called me for over the past six mos and told me they were pressing crimnal chagres on me and my step mother work for a medical frad company and she tol me that in the state i live in and took the loan out they only have 2 years to press charges on me and it have been almost six years i have talked to 5 diffrent people and they all told me diffrent thing and they were difrent people so if they call you from an area code in your state ask were they r located and they are not willing to awnser any of my question i had very very rude ppl if they were a "real" company they would not speak to ppl like this if u get the number or the call look up your laws in your state before you talk to them they are really bad ppl and also the company they say there trying to get the money from call them and get the info they sold it to the coolection agencys and call the collenction aggency most of them are out of business thats why they have your information on there desk please pepple dont fall for this it is so rude of them i asked them to send me some kind of paper they said they do not have anything they can send to me nor did they have an address for me look up ur credit report and see where the collection agency really is.. best of luck they are not really there fake ppl do not fall for it

I just received a call from them looking for a person that I know. I gave no info but asked them (Investigator) what it was with reference to, of course it's personal. Well don't call my number. They left a number for the person, in case I should see them with a case# . The phone # for the investigator is 855-414-6205......
