Omg a Deborah brown lady called me she had a accent she sounded like she was a African American lady she was so rude they also told me I had  a case pending she acted like she told the police to stand down and that if I didn't pay in one hour she would have be arrested at work I was scared... They also answer "investigation" and today they called me again with a diffrent number ..

I keep getting calls from this company for my sister who has been dead for almost 2 years.

If you've ever applied for an online payday loan then that's how they got your info.  I had a loan that I paid off and received a paid in full letter.  I receive calls daily about that loan and "what I owe" from a couple different companies each day.

This bogus company called my phone and my husband cell phone for me. They had no accurate indormation for me. The wrong last name and wrong address. They even asked me about a bank account with a company I don't have an account with. I asked them the name of their company the person stated they don't work for a company. I then told them if you are legitimate company you can call my lawyers they then hung up on me. Please don't fall for this scam, because later on that evening I got a call saying my account with the bank they thought I had and account with had been comprimised. They automated system asked me to put in information I just hung up the phone. SCAM ALERT!!

received a hone call todayt from this number stating they were  a investigating company. young asking  me to hang on while she got my file from the attorney.  hung up on her after waiting about one minute.  why dont these people fine something better to do in life.

I keep getting these calls and it is getting on my last nerve!  Get a real job and stop harrassing people who actually go out and WORK for their money.   I worked very hard to pay off all of my debit and I know I owe no one!  I check my credit report regularly.  Funny how these people threaten to "serve" you with papers, but when you tell them to bring it they have some stupid excuse.  Why is nothing being done about this?

Rita, no one will show up. I've had scum bags like this company calling me for the past 2 years. I have invited them to show up, begged them to show up. If they EVER show up, I will have their information finally to file a law suit against them and collect $1000 plus legal fees. In fact, if they are reading this post right now, I'm calling them today at lunch and tell them I'm on my way to their office. I'm going to pull them out of their office by the throat and drag them to court.

You have nothing to be scared of, that is what they are trying to do and nothing they say is legal. Tell them you will be waiting for them, ask them what court system they are using and you can call to verify. They will hang up on you cause they don't have any of that information.

You can get these calls if you ever  used a on-line payday or even an inquiry.  These scum bags pass them along and  continue to try and scam you out of money.  I actually stopped three loan companies after i paid alot of interest and they  wouldn't agree to a settlement. The other company did and got paid back their principle.  

You just close the bank account and they cant take anymore, and then change your cell phone number. I now just enjoy talking to them and wasting their time.  Sad part, i think the people calling are just working for a company because they need  work.  I guess you do what you have to do.

If you start talking to them, they will just  keep calling, but i do enjoy messing with them.

I received a recorded call stating that they were looking for an individual.  They named me as the individual and stated that there was a case against me.  My cell phone number is new and unlisted.  These scam artists obtain name and numbers by paying companies for sharing info.  If you've ever filled out a loan application, credit card app, etc. a scam artist/organization can unscrupulously obtain that info by paying companies to share your info.  Always read the fine print and limit your online personal info activity.  I now have a phone blocking app called Call Control.  It blocks calls and also allows users to report the phone numbers as spam.

Just got a call from these people. A person named Nicole answered and put me on hold twice, saying the system is slow.  They had my correct address, but wrong last 4 social.  They apologized and said they would remove me from the list.

I am the same way with my credit report.  I watch it like a hawk!!

Funny thing is that Ive had my number changed a few times and havent used a payday loan company is years.......I started getting thses calls again when I signed up for Obamacare....

I"m so tired of their crap and their scamming, Going turn in all their numbers they have used and the names they have given to the FTC and BBB i'm done with these people think they are so smart if they call you again turn them in and their name and the number they use and file a harassment against them, cause it's against the law to harass someone and call them at their job. Any information  you can get from them get it and then turn it all in. They can use a majic jack and say they one place where as the majic jack can say they in california or where ever.

No police agency takes orders from debt collectors.  Nor does any judge or public prosecutors.   Debts in most cases are civil matters only.  This is a scam, tell them if they call you again to send them a letter showing all the particulars of the debt and have it mailed to you by US mail.  E-mail no good.  They don't do this, just tell them to go to hell!  Loudly!

Report them to police and local attorney general.

I have a number of times they just change their number & try to get money from me again! Well It's NEVER giong to happen they dont fool me & I could care less how many times they call me or my family. Nice try though!
