They state their out of Las Vegas and company name is a Law firm called Benson & Associates, saying your being sued by a creditor and that they've called in the past and have sent paperwork regarding this matter, when in fact you never have. They know a lot of information and even give you a case #. I called my local Courthouse and they show no record of a lawsuit and even looked up their company and phone number and I can't find anything out of Las Vegas. THIS IS A SCAM.

Complete scam, calling about a 'court case' in this county, when there's no open lawsuit. They use a native English speaker, talking about a 'case manager' and a 'case number', about this mysterious 'case'. Use classic intimidation tactics, that if a call is not made in a 'timely manner', that a case will be pursued. SCAM

Same, except strong Chinese accent on the call.  Obviously a scam.

I received a call stating a creditor is pursuing a judgement against me in my county. They provided a case # and told me I haven't responded to documents they mailed me in December, which is not true. A guy by the name of Scott Fuller, Litigation Support Specialist, emailed me via DocuSign with an account number and an owed amount, but it doesn't list the creditor.

They called my daughter’s phone  and left a voicemail stating her name was Jessica Tyler & they were trying to reach me for a legal matter and if I don’t return the call a case will move forward & be filed against me, and I could be facing jail time, yada yada yada. They called my phone and left the very same message. Here’s the catch, they do this EVERY YEAR around tax time !!!! Oh yeah and when they call it’s always a blocked or private number.

Received a call, listed as Restricted, and looking for a family member, stating same requests as listed in these other postings. Family member has pending litigation, has a case number, in their home county (no where near NV),  from Benson and Associates,  Las Vegas. Eric was the pseudonym of the person who left the first message. Actually spoke with a person, and they tried arguing with me to get me angry so I would disclose information about family member and be done with them. Didn't happen and hung up on them. They were informed to never call my number again.

Same as other posts. My sister in law, who is my emergency contact, received a call from Scott Fuller stating I had a civil suit pending for a medical bill that originated from a hospital that I HAD visited for an ER visit; however, the visit should have been completely covered by my insurance. I never rcvd a bill or any other communication from anyone concerning this bill. I contacted the hospital and they did not showing any outstanding bills and the courthouse has no record of a suit of any kind, let alone one under the case number Scott provided. He had enough info to make it sound legit but once I did my research, I found out it is a complete scam.

Any time soemone calls claiming you owe money, tell them to follow the law by MAILING you proof of the debt along with proof they're legally entitled to collect said debt. Phone calls, faxes, texts, & emails are not legal methods of debt validation.

I received a call and my wife received same call from Benson and Associates saying they had a judgement and we owe money
The courts will take action today etc etc
They had my social security number

This person or persons has called me and th he recorded statement says I hav ed a lawsuit against me. Untrue and its hearing and down right wrong to lead persons into believing such a thing

Some woman named Suzanne left a phone message saying my number had been provided as a message # for my brother & mentioned his full name. That I should relay message to him regarding a legal  matter out of local county's litigation dept and even provided a case #; that this requires his immediate assistance. Brother confirmed he has no outstanding debts whatsoever... this MUST be a SCAM!!!  Beware people! Don't fall for this crap!!!

Benson & Associates. They claim to have tried to deliver court documents regarding a civil suit against you. If you tell them you've never received said documents, they try to get you to call them. DON'T. It's a scam.

They left a voicemail ORDERING me to call benson and associates law firm or they will proceed with filing a law suit since I haven't responded to paperwork they CLAIM they sent me.  Their phone call to me was RESTRICTED.  They told me to call 1877 374 1246. I called and told them they should be ashamed of what they are doing because they are SCAMMERS.  The guy told me he would remove me from their calling list.  Evil people taking advantage of weak scared people make me sick!!

This happened to me also. Spoke to "Scott" abt a debt and they sent something in Dec. Wow, what a crazy comical coincidence!! They should be ashamed of themselves! To pull this crap during this pandemic. Wow

BEWARE,  this guy stating his name is Adam Welsh n left a voice mail from benson associates regarding a civil law suit n provided u a case# when call back. Please don't fall for it. It's a total Scammer..i am passings it on to everyone....so beware of who u dealing with..

Same thing in Florida saying the state of Florida has a judgement. Called from an unknown number. Case number and all. Number 877-374-1238.  I called the number back that she left Andrew picked up the phone, told him I am reporting him and he hung up on me!

just received this call for my daughter. They called both the house and my cell phone. The tip off was that they used a name that hasn't been hers for over 5 years.
looking forward to them harassing me!
