I received the same type of call from Andrews, Benson, and Assoc. claiming the same thing. They hacked my info from somewhere somehow I reported them to the BBB, Lav Vegas PD, Nevada Attorney General's Office. Their new number is (855)947-3464 or (725) 208-1760. I called another law firm in the same building and they said they were under investigation for targeting senior citizens asking for people's personal information saying they have a life insurance check for them

The same thing happened to me, they called my grandma and told her I was going to be sued for not paying a bill and a line of credit. What is this world coming to and I don't live where they talking about. SCAM you know what to do.  Kiss all my grits... 😘😍😂😁😎

I got a call that showed up on my caller ID as "Unknown Name Private Number".  Claiming a civil case was being filed.  I called the number listed on their website instead of the 800 number they left. I gave them the "case number" A man asked if this was Nina blah blah social security l number ending in blah blah. Instead of verifying i asked why they were calling me. He stated that i have a pending civil complaint in my local  court. (which is easily verifiable online by going to the court clerk in the county i reside) of course there was nothing there. So i asked him to send me the paper work to my address that they  have on file. He hung up in my face. I did a little Sleuthing because a week prior Tiffany called from Benson and Associates. Which in fact was divorce Attorneys from Florida,  now it Andrews Benson and Associates. They operate out of a virtual suite and created their website February 10,2020 and has had many different websites.

I received the same phone call today saying she was a third party debt collector. Lisa gave me a contact number and case number to use for Benson and Associates in Las Vegas. They also called my relatives leaving aggressively toned messages about the debt and how I needed to call them immediately.

i got a call but didnt answer it. next thing I know my exes are getting calls saying I'm going to be sued and need to call Benson and assoc with an 866 number

Just got a VM stating the same thing. The call came in from 3236033975 and left another number to call with a court case #. Stupid morons

These people call me say they are filing a judgment against me b my county.Never heard of them and I have nothing n my name.Scam

They did the exact same thing to me today.  Once I started asking questions they started to get all nasty with me.  I finally told her to go ahead with court proceedings maybe we can schedule the counter suit on the same day.

The same thing happen to me. It was a medical bill they claim. I got sent tht docsign also.

I got a message from adam welch from 1-888-348-0466  benson associates about civil law suit.. Thanks for the beware.

I just got the same exact call smh.. Saying I have an open case and I didn't respond to the paperwork and that the case will go on with or without me responding smh.. Claiming to be Benson & Associates

They keep emailing me letters say I owe a dept since 2001 with no contact information. Then I got a call from a restricted number telling me to call Benson & associates. I spoke to someone who tried to set up a payment plan and asked me for a card number. Now they keep emailing me a document to sign. To start payment. Fortunately the card I gave them is no good! I just want to know how they got my information and now my phone number.

An email or a phone call is not legal proof of a debt. You should cut contact and block this number. I hope you did not sign or respond to anything in writing.
They will be hard to get rid of since you have responded.

They just called me today using the same verbiage. Glad to hear others are confirming it’s a scam.
