Received a call at 8:40pm last night. Didn't answer; no message. Tried to call back today to find out who it was and a computer voice says "good-bye" and hangs up.

I continuosely receive missed calls from this number but no one leaves a voice message

Guy said he was Time Warner Cable and said he saw I pay $175 a month and wanted to help save me money by "bundling." I told him I don't pay $175.  He asked how much I spend.  I told him that I would ask the questions, and told him to go   himself.   Call was at 8:40 on my cell phone.  Late enough to wake my baby, but not late enough to be a free call.

Just received a call from this number.  Did not recognize it so I did not answer.  They did not leave a message.

Got a call from this number, no message was left. When I called back I just hear a female voice say "Goodbye" and the call ends

I call the damn number back and it says "BYE"" and hangs up!! Every Time! damn telemarketers - 9pm too

Just like some of you, I have noticed this call coming in (3 times now) at various times, but I don't answer unknown numbers... as I've tried to call the number back from an anonymous phone line, I get the same annoying message, piano playing, appx 5 minutes, and then the good-bye.  Don't we have protections against this nonsense? Who can we get to step in and discipline whomever is causing us this frustration? Plus it's downright creepy that someone can call our numbers and we have no idea who it is... feels helpless and violating... yuck!

I have been receiving repeated calls from this company for the last few weeks.  At first it was a drunk sounding guy who mumbled nonsense.  I called him back at 5 am one day to mess with him and he called me back later that day and told me to take it easy.  I got a few more calls that I ignored over the next days.  After not calling for a week or so, I got a call yesterday.  An African American femail asked to speak to the Time Warner Cable account holder at my house (she identified her by name), and offered me free premium upgrades to my service.  I declined, and got another call today that hung up.

Called. Picked up. Silence.  FU!

Answered a call from this number 858 634 3073 and a female voice said 'you f***ing left us" and we hung up on her.

Got a phone call today from 858-634-3073.  Operator (named Quentin Buyers) said he can offer me a cheaper deal with my plan.  He asked me many questions regarding my service. Stated that he was a 3rd party to Time Warner and that their company is called PhoneNet.  The number (800)976-6997 was given to me in case I wanted to "change" my service.  I told the operator that I would be calling Time Warner to confirm their 3rd party business relationship and would call them back if everything checks out.  He was a bit persistent on his "assurance" that it was legit.  I smell tuna.

I have received a call from this number once a week for the last 3 weeks now. I called it back and all I got was a "goodbye".

So I just got a call from this number, and he said he were from Time Warner Cable.  He knew my name and said that they were having a sale on bundles and wanted me to have the best deal.  When I asked if they normally call this late (at 7:30 pm) he sounded flustered at that they're open until 9 pm (checked the website and they close at 6 in SD).  I hung up after that.  Sketchy to me

Uhm, i just talked to time-warner, someone told me the number is rehistared to cox cable systems
but I gues it is probally a 3rd party jerk, who will be hopefully fired soon, for being anoying
