time warner telemarketer

It's Time Warner, I just answered it this time. It was a human trying to sell extra services.

Received call.  No answer.

same as all the rest... maybe it's a glitch and calls random numbers in san diego...

This number keeps calling my phone and when I answer know one is there. Plus when I try and call back, someone just says thank you, then the line hangs up. This is so stupid and needs to stop.

This number has called my work cell every couple days for the last month and doesn't leave a message. I haven't tried to call them back.

This person called on thursday at 7 30pm and many other times. no msgs and i call back. no answer all it was a goodbye sound and a beep.

Got a call and they FINALLY answered. Time Warner Cable. It was a pre-recorded message saying that they wanted to give details on new deals. Nothing else. Then it hung up.

I keep getting a call from this number every once and while but i dont answer and they dont leave a message. I would like for it to stop

They keep calling every few days. If I pick up, they hang up. Whenever I call back, I get stuck on hold forever. No idea who this is. What's the point of calling and hanging up if it's a telemarketer?

I got a 10 calls from this number this month. I tried to call back and there is no ring tone all i hear was "goodbye". this is very strange.

Now the last two times I called back, an automated system answers and the lady  says, "Your call is very important to us, please remain on the line and the next available representative will be right with you." Then some classical music plays and no one ever answers. Then the system finally hangs up. I was on hold as I am typing this message, but then just got disconnected. And no each time I call back since I got disconnected, the line just hangs up on me. Very weird...I have never talked to anyone and have received no indication that this is a Time Warner telemarketer.

I sent Time Warner Cable an email and told them to remove my phone number from their "cold call" list (they are trying to get you to up grade your service)  and if they didn't I would report them to the FCC.  I received an email back with instructions on how to do it.  Now let's see if it works.

Calls frequenly with no answer or message. Very annoying. Call back placed on hold for 5 min then hangs up

Robbins, can you share the removal process with us? Like everybody else here, these repeated silent calls are driving me crazy.

i've been getting calls from this number for the past 2 weeks and the last time i answered it was just a recording.  i'm on the DO NOT CALL list but i registered a complaint for this phone number anyway.  Hope these calls stop.
