He is Jacob Foster today, I get these calls serveral times throughout the day and evening, very annoying!!!!

I got a call for them 859-904-1028 5 minutes ago from a different caller instead of Philip Whittingham it was the same message, so now there changing callers .....

Good to hear this is a scam. I just discharged from a 2 day hospital stay (which is when I got one of these calls) so don't need to deal with this crap.

Got this message, had a pending case against me and to press 1, to talk to an agent.
Got the agent on the phone, he had my name correct and stated he had a pending case against me
and wanted to settle it....I told him that I would need to get his address so that I could pass it on to my attorney who would be the one to settle this matter as he has with so many crooks...he refused to give his address and then hung up.....

I got the same exact message. It's a scam and turn into your state attorney general office. Then the FTC..

I just received the same call threating me for payment...I called our district attorney and made a complaint against this number.

Now using name jacob and also calling from 859-215-0043.

The guy was very abrupt. Saying that he had to hear from me or my attorney by the end of the day to pay a bill or else the police will show at house to arrest me tomorrow... I don't have any bills that are behind. Everything comes out my checking account automatically so I have no clue what this jerk is talking about

Got the same threat to have my lawyer contact. Caller ID says WOLF, R. Scam. I work nights, they keep waking me up with this bovine frcal matter after a shift. Hope they catch the lowlife.

Jacob Foster said that doesn't hear from me or my attorney TODAY he will document the file that I waive my right to counsel.  WTF?  He can document whatever he likes and then kiss my entire @$$.  Nobody has time for this shyt.  If they would just tell you why they are calling in their message, I would likely call back, but to leave me a bullshyt message will get you a bullshyt response like...kiss my ENTIRE @$$.  SMFH

KneW my name, old address, bank and social. Said I better have a good excuse for the judge.

Knew my name...address, bank account...Said i was being sued for a cash advance loan from 2011.  Said I better pay it now or face 1 yr in jail and $5000.00 fine...called my bank...never had a cash advance loan from anyone in my account during that time frame.  He couldn't even tell me the name of the loan company, requested to send me a copy of the legal record, got very rude and said I better have a good excuse for the courts and hung up on me...said his name was Garrett Morrison, but couldn't provide me with the company he was representing....Had scam people....they need a real job and work like normal people....not try to get hard working peoples money....

I just got this number today, but got another number yesterday with the same message....They also called my sons phone and left that same threatening message on his phone...he is 16...seriously???  The guys name yesterday was Jacob Foster....they told me it was from a loan from 2012, had my name, dob, ssn right, but an employer I have NEVER worked for or had any business dealings with....gave me the same song and dance and was trying to 'help me out' but cutting a deal....I don't understand how people can get away with this type of scam...This isn't the first time it's happened to me either...last time they were threatening bodily harm and cursing at me...this guy just told me i could spend up to 180 days in jail for stealing from this company....I am just refusing to answer when I see that area code...wish I could block it...

The fact there's an answer is the reason for the message and whoever gets it is the one automatically "in trouble". It matters not if he's 16, or 116. Avoid unknown numbers in any manner to prevent threatening messages.

I got the call from this # first it was Phillip Whittingham and next day Jacob Foster stating I have a case pending against me... they call everyday saying I have to call them back right away...

Do not respond to this number it is a scam!!!!

Jacob Foster calls me from this number 859 904 1028 and he won't say who is calling for and he just states that I have a pending case against me I believe it's a scam be careful out there
