Same as everyone else,  keep calling with a recorded message.  TWO counts of fraud,  same as everyone else.

I got the same call. This is aggravating. Facebook posting was a good suggestion. Tell me what to do. Let's get rid of them once for all.

Just got a voicemail with this phone number as stated above that I'm going to receive a summons and rights will be waived. SCAMMERS

I just received this exact message on my work phone.

This is a scam.  Dealt with these bottom feeding criminals before and have turned them into the prosecuting attorney's office.  Just an FYI - I sent 860-726-7969 a text message and it delivered.  Imagine that.  So guess what?  They got 100 text messages from me to never call again and that I turned them into the Attorney General's office.  Everyone needs to text blast them so they can't make any calls.  Give the scum bags a taste of their own medicine.

I just got this call and it made me physically ill!  I caught my breath and thought to look the number up.  So glad to see so many of you reporting the same call and that it is a scam.

Who's the fraud here? Thank goodness for call blocking.

I just got one of these calls. When I tried to call the number I was put on automatic hold. Then I called back a person answered & put me on hold. When I called a third time it went straight to voice mail. Same message as other 2-Counts of Fraud against me, If I don't return the call I will lose my rights. Used a prior married name that I haven't used in over 10 years.

860 726 7969 called to say I have 2 fraud charges against me. We'll come and get me.

I'm so sick of these people they called today work and cell. They call last month from a different number. I actually spoke to a Barbara Bates who claims I owe a debt from 2011. says I owe 1700.00, if I couldn't pay they would reduce it to 900.00. I asked for the original creditor she said she could not provide that info. I ask for some proof that I owed this debt. This crazy lady told me the only proof she could provide is when I make the payment... I must have stupid written across my forehead....860-726-7969 are nothing but  SCAMMERS...

I had the same call this afternoon what a bunch of jerks.  They left a message with the same info as everyone else.

I also received a call on my home phone threatening fraud, and the I would be served papers either at my home or my work place. They never said what they were calling about or any amount that I owed and they were calling from the processing and summons division. I would like to know how to block these calls.

I've recd this same call w-a case # & same threat of being served. I tried calling back twice wondering what on earth is going on. Each return call to them I was holding for more than 5 mins plus w- no live person answering. I'm relieved respectfully to c it's a # I need to block. I agree w- others that their threats should b illegal.

How can you block these people!!!  It's SOOOOO ridiculous!!  They call my cell and now they're calling my WORK..at least 5 or 6 times a day!!

Yep I received 2 calls in 2 days....same thing except they are using my husbands name!! Why can't these people be stopped??
