I received the same rude and awful message and once I Blocked they stupid ass, I was able to report them to the FTC..They scared the [***] outta me because I immediately thought it was identity theft bc I don't owe a damn soul. Everyone please try to report them to the FTC. I read that they are really starting to come down on idiots like this.

I got the call 5 times and voicemails. I saved it and reporting it to the phone company.

How do we get a hold of them?

They call every day and leave the same message.Is there any way to get a  address for for these people ?

This is the infamous "two charges" debt scammers.  No one is going to serve anyone.  They use scare tactics to get money out of people.  If they call you ignore them.

A call blocker might be of some help, but this group changes CIDs and numbers all the time.  I believe these people are located in the Midwest somewhere, but nobody knows exactly.

If they continue to bother you, and you know you do not owe any money,  tell them that you know this is  a debt scam and that you are making a complaint to the police for extortion.  You might have to yell at the scammer and talk over him or her.  Once you get a copy of the police report and they call you again , just read out the  file number and the name of the PD or Sheriff’s office involved.   Tell them you’ll be glad to send a copy to them at whatever address the jack***es are working out of now. If you can find them.

Nobody knows where they are located.  Personally I think they are in KC, MO, but It's just a feeling.  Nothing concrete.

Just got this call too, same story as everyone else, used my maiden name??? I've been married for years!! I also called back.. So happy for all this information, just reported them

I have been getting calls from these scammers for over a month. Every time I get a call from a different number I put it on my blocked call list. Very soon after I get the same call ( 2 cases of fraud for my name, SS number etc.) from a different number. How can I stop them?

There should be an app for your cell.  You can ask your employer to install a call-blocker.

There's no real way to stop the calls from being initiated since no one knows where they are located.  Call blocker is all you can do and don't pick up on numbers you do not recognize.

they keep calling my job with a recorded message saying I'm going to be summoned

This is a total scam when I tell them i know what is going on they just hang up.

A guy named "Richard" called me from the same # threatening the same thing. I did eventually have to yell over him then he proceeded to call me ignorant and a loser because I didn't pay my debts.
