Just called me again for the 100th time.This has been going on for 2 years now. Case #JCW913481, for an Avenash Marin or something like that but the computer screws up the name like its trying to eat the phone. Just Stop calling aleardy!!!!!

I am getting the same calls. First they called my work,  now they are calling my cell phone. They sure do know how to get my blood pumping. They said it was in regards to a payday loan I did not pay back in January 2012. I went as far as going to Chase bank and getting my bank statements. I googled the number just to check them out and came across this. What a bunch of crap!!!

called threatening that I 2 counts of federal fraud and that charges were filed against me. They would be serving papers at my work and home. They state that I'm to call they back with address, Social Society number birth date., so that papers can be served. I get this call 4 to 6 times. How can I get them to stop.

I received this same exact message as everyone else a few months ago but I hadn't realized it because I had already blocked the number so when my parents called me last night freaked out about 4 messages this number had left on their voicemail about me and fraud of course they were concerned. I told them not to worry about it because it sounded like a scam because who would call to warn you that you were about to be served. lol..  but I told them that I would look into it. so I went to my blocked calls list and saw a voicemail and to my surprise it was the same exact message that was left on there machine. so I googled the number and here I am. I'm glad I can now send them this link to show that nothing crazy is going on and its just a bunch of scammers Phishing for info and trying to swindle money out of people.

I just got a message from this number with some message about some complaint and being served. I thought, at the very least, the verbiage sounds too generic , although it does sound threatening. I decided to search the number and was glad to see i wasn't the only one. They've only left a message once so far. She said 'regarding a complaint filed against you'. She continued to state she has bedn retained to serve documents and gave a case number. I haven't called the number back.

Same deal with me. This is the second phone number I have gotten these same calls from. "2 cases will be filed against me in my county. Fraudulent activity attached to my name and ss # "  etc.
Called them and they got all nasty with me because I wouldn't tell them any of my info.
Don't let them scare you! Isn't there any way to trace these numbers and arrest these [***]?

I also received a call from this number last saying there was attempted fraud. After being on phone for over an hour and being transfered from one person to another or told to leave a message Igor nowhere. They wanted my debit card # so that they could take out a total of 4 payments but I refused. I offered money order and they refused.was told to go to Walmart and send money gram. I requested to be sent something in writing but was told they did not do this. I have not sent them any money because I feel that is a scam. They called me once this month. I told them I would take care of it. I don't know what to do or who to contact. I would be very grateful for any help or information on this.

Keeps calling my cell, my work number, saying there are charges being filed against me for fraud with my name and social and charges will be filed in my county. SCAM just a recording when called back.
