Got a call from this number, caller id said it was C M H Services. I don't answer any calls that I don't know. My house payments are up to date and I've never even heard of this company until they called.

I got a call at 5:30 am from some stupid [***] at this number looking for a neighbor of mine.  I asked her if she knew what time it was was, and of course she said no.  In any case, if she's trying to find a neighbor, call the neighbor direct.  Idiot.

Wrong number. Male caller asked if I knew a Ms. Wilson. I told him that I didn't and he said "Okay, thank you. Sorry to bother you". None of our neighbors or family have that last name. This is the first time I've noticed they have called. Hopefuly won't call again.

This number called my house looking for James or Doris morris of Nauvoo Al. She asked if I know them or a Misty Morris of jasper al. She also said that the house payments we really late and was going forward with legal process...then asked if I know how to reach them....I DO NOT Know these ppl so stop calling..

Very polite young lady called me (By Name) looking for "Clevite King". Is he one of my neighbors. No he is not."Ok have a nice day".  No one in my neighborhood has a loan. Lets see if they remain polite. I have the "Special" number right bedside the phone to call as soon as they get rude. I think its amazing - the only manufactured homes around here are not accessible from this street at all. I agree - stick to your records people and stop bothering people who OWN their homes. As in paid for. All of us.

I had this number on my caller id also. They didn't leave a msg. My mortgage is also not from this company. After reading the other post, they are apparently looking for my neighbor or distant relative. It kills me to what lengths debt collectors will go.

Called my business line today and asked for someone with a different first name but my last name.  Told her there was no one here by that name.  The caller apologized and hung up.  Clearly fishing for information.

If they really are a home loan company, they are way off base. We haven't owned in over a year and have zero plans to own again soon. We rather like not having a yard or any home projects!

...thus, I suspect they are telemarketing their services to people in apartments and are truly spam!

Got a message from them.  No one said anything.  They are not my mortgage company and maybe caller realized it.  In the background, heard a guy loudly threatening someone about needing to "short sell" their home and get the company paid.  Sad and wrong.  We gave them trillions of dollars and they are still treating people who have lost their jobs are or sick like this!  Just watched "Inside Job."  Watch it and then do what you personally have to do to keep your house and screw the banks.

Well, it's been 7 months, but they finally called again. No one was home to answer though, so I don't know if it was for the same Ms. Wilson or not.
