Good research!  I recall posts from this summer indicating that there was another scammer using the same fake Eaton Centre address.  Maybe it was the same company?  In any event, the Eaton Centre has nowhere near 25 floors.  It's a shopping mall with 3 levels of shops, and a TTC subway station at the bottom.  There is no office tower at the Eaton Centre.  There are probably some itty bitty mail boxes in some dingy basement corner there for these businesses to rent.  What a joke!

Not once have we stated that we are against individualssubmitting a post in regards to our company on the 800 Notes message boards.  We are a strong advocate for“Freedom of Speech”
While there have been concerns on our end regarding suggestions from other sites alleging 800 notes as an extortion ring, I personally do not believe this to be true.  Ironically the rhetoric is similar to many Non Factual & Slanderous postson these boards in regards to Non Scripted.TV
I have read through all the post in relation to our company.  There seems to be many questions that I will provide answers for right here and right now.  Please also keep in mind that I’m available at anytime from Monday to Friday 8am -4pm, at the phone numbers listed above.
Company Address
There is an accusatory postsuggesting that we are not legit because we use a “Virtual Office”. We are located at 1-2500 Dundas Street West, Toronto Ontario M5G 1Z3.We also use a business center and receptionist at this location.  This is a payedservice that is used by thousands of companies worldwide.  We receive over 10,000 applications and video auditions through the mail and website on a monthly basis.  We obviously need some help to facilitate the day-to-day operations in this regard.  The Nonscripted.tv staff & myself are in the office every day Monday to Friday and often on Saturday.  Anyone & everyone is more than welcome to come in or set up an appointment.

What we do:
Non Scripted TV INC is a Reality TV Talent Management Group.  Casting companies use our site and database to find potential clients worldwide for their productions.  Unfortunately not every individual is a strong candidate for Reality TV pursuits. Unfortunately only about25% of applicants are given serious consideration for most productions.  For Example:  If someone comes to us looking to land on Talent/Singing Show, they are required to send us recordings and videos of their talent.  And just as you see on TV a good percentage of people just do not have the talent they think they have.   We do not take these individuals on as clients, and in turn they are usually not too happy about the decision.  This often results in anonymous posts that are slanderous in nature and completely fabricated.  Because we deal in Reality TV, we also deal in crazy.  It goes along with the territory and is very much part of the landscape.  It’s difficult to deal with but it is what it is.  If you ever have a question about a negative type post on this site please use your better judgement or pick up the phone and give us a call.

We charge a onetime membership fee of $299.00.  This is fee is for our services it is NOT for getting on a show.  There are no additional charges.

As a consumer I personally appreciate a site like 800 notes.  That being saidanonymousblogs that our slanderous and hold no truth can obvious hurt a business and cause unnecessary headaches.  If you are going to post something negative be fair and list your name and number.  Simply put….OWN It!
If there is a compliant “It is my personal promise to get to the bottom of problem ASAP”.  Simply use the info given to contact me. I will always list my contact info.   Further, interested arties are more than welcome to come see me or any other staff member in person during proper business hours.
We are registered with the BBB, we are not an accredited company because they consider us a talent agency (Call them and ask them) but they do still hold complaints and if you look into it you will see we have 1 complaint in three years and it was closed as I handled the matter personally.
If you are a potential client and are forming your opinion of our company based on anonymous post that our negative in nature,that is your right.  But please use common sense, and please contact us at anytime to discuss any questions you may have.

By the wording of the post I am having big concerns you are not an actual client, because if you were then you would know you are not paying for auditions, you are paying for a service that connects clients with Casting Agencies World Wide.

So either you are not a client or there is miss understanding that can be cleared up with you by calling us or even give me your name and number here and I will call you.

The above info is even on every search engine under "Building attached to Eaton Center"

So please if posting make sure your info is accurate.

The number of fraudulent posts (look for the "Busted" stamp) about your business on this site make  a stronger statement about your business ethics and practices that anything you could write.

"David Menzies", you appear to be trying to convince us of two things: That you are the principal of nonscripted.tv and that nonscripted.tv is a legitimate business. You have failed on both counts and given the limited comprehension and intelligence you have displayed in your posts it will probably be helpful to explain why.

Although you express disdain for people who post under pseudonyms (regardless of the verifiable accuracy of what they post) you seem unaware that there's no way for anyone reading this to know that your name really is "David Menzies"... OR that you are really associated in any way with nonsctipted.tv.  If you want to convince anyone of that you'll have to provide evidence. A good start would be to put that name – and the email address and phone numbers you provided – on the nonscripted.tv web site on the contact page: No one here is going to contact you or anyone else by those means until they appear on the web site because we have no way of knowing they are genuinely associated with that business. Removing the domain registration anonymization would also help. There is no need for a legitimate business to hide in this manner, so these steps would also help the woefully lacking credibility of the business itself.

Be aware that you already operate at a substantial credibility deficit due to customer complaints, the dodgy claims made for nonscripted.tv, their furtive business practices, the obviously fraudulent posts (marked with the "Busted" stamp) made here on their behalf and your own barely-literate posts.

You have succeeded in erecting a tall set of hurdles for yourself to clear. I wish you luck in doing so.

I recently gave my $299 to Non Scripted TV. I have talked to Ruth as well. I have started reading ads about this because the profile that I was given does not allow me to do anything on there, If I try to apply to different casting calls, it takes me to the original page of the application. Most internet sites allow you to toggle through multiple things. If I click on a show to cast, if stays on that page. I have tried it from multiple computers. My next step is to contact the authorities and report everything that has happened. I have also reported a fraudulent charge with my bank.

They are a Scam I'm going through another company and I didn't have to pay a dime and I'm booked to be on a T.V show two weeks from now.  I knew it was a Scam when Ruth jones called me I did some re screech on lil ms Ruth jones she's real but she is not with a casting company she is an actress.  This sh** is bull sh** I'm happy I didn't send them mutha f***ers my money cause I would be pissed.  Please don't send those folks your money people
